Commander Mastif looked out the plate glass window into the court yard below. He watched his men march in fromation in the same spot that he, and his fathers before him marched.

"our Mobolization efforts still go unnoticed," the intelgence officers reports behind him. He wore a dress uniform. The same Red and gray color as every one else. "We are also ahead of schedual."

"You may life" Commander Mastifs deep voice said as he finished his report, "Return when all is in ready ness for our invasion."

"Yes sir," The intelgence officer replies. He salutes, crossing his left hand across his chest, his palm face down. Faces towards the door and promptly leaves.

'Tomorow we take Oril Daranith.' Mastif thinks to himself.

Today the Scellian government has officially annouced its position on the military buildup along the Oril Daranith border by Black Dragon Keep, as well as its aggressive stances toward the Oril Daranith nation. A statement released by the government followed as thus,

Scellian Officials wrote:
In response to the military posturing by the Black Dragon Keep government and their distasteful form of government as well as oppression of the people of Black Dragon Keep. As a democratic people and regional delegate Scellia needs to take responsiblity for the wellbeing of the region. We have now officially called upon Black Dragon Keep to remove all military forces along the border of Oril Daranith. We also call upon them to accept inspection parties from Scellia to determine the state of their population.


Reporters inside the Black Dragon Keep, those not 'confiscated' by the government, say that Black Dragon Keep is unlikely to comply with these sanctions and may strike militarily at Scellia or Oril Daranith. Scellian officials have increased military alertness of air defense systems and deployed army troops.

Regional Defense Minister David Tragos looked at the Intelience reports on his desk. All of them said the same thing basicly. Just in diffrent ways. There was going to be an attack on Oril Daranith. Troops and tanks massing on the borders. After all these years they are going to finaly invade.

His thoughts were intrupted as one of his agents rushed through the door.

"Sir," he exclaimed, "Check out the T.V.!!!"

"What channel," David asked in his aged voice. He did not have to change the channel as SNN (SLuggy News Network) Repeated the decleration from Scellian.

David felt as a huge weight was lifted from his chest. Hearing of there support. He looked at his little red phone to the presedent just as he was about to dail it. It began to ring and he picked it up.

"What do you make of this" Presedent Sandra said on the other end. She knew he had alread found out. He always knows first some how.

Presedent Sandra curled her hair in one finger absent mindedly as he answered. "They are great allies to have. I sugest you accept there proposal, Up our buget on the Military, and Ill get the Generals in her to have a defensive meeting."

"What about the possablility of terrorist acts that you thought before?" she asked remebering her last conversation with him and the rest of the cabinet.

"We have just started the Anti Terroist force. They started training last Friday. According to last reports they were doing exceptionaly well."

"Ok, Ill make it officail tomorow. Ill hand over command to you and the generals. " Sandra said mater of factly.

"Yes mam," David replied hanging up the phone.

"All the Heads of Military. I want them hear yester day with plans for dealing with this war." David ordere his agent.

"Yes sir"

ViZion is outraged at your sorry attemps of imperialism.

ViZion hereby warns the nation of Black Dragon Keep to stand down its military, and sign a contract forever disallowing Black Dragon Keep to engage in any imperialistic actions towards Scellia, Oril Daranith, or their allies.

If you do not take our warning, and you invade or strike Scellia, Oril Daranith, or any of their allies, we will be forced to send our forces in to fight you off.

You have been warned.

Scellian CIC, Main battle room...

The zoomed area of the Oril Daranith/Black Dragon Keep border shows a churning mass of red, and a much smaller cluster of green symbols. General Brad Elliot, dressed int he oliver drab of the Scellian Army, holds in his hand a sheaf of papers listing readiness of the Army. "General Maclanahan, I trust that our Air Forces are all in order?"
The man in sky blue with four gold stars nods, "Yes Brad, we are ready for the invasion. The only problem is we don't know the timeline for th invasion efforts. We know our people would never accept a first strike without letting have the chance to disarm, it is so fustrating to know that we can save thousands of Daranithian lives by striking first."
"Possibly Patrick, but we are a democracy, and we have to stand by our process. We are ready, but will it be enough."

Bump

Commander Mastif walked into the room, the air of command eminating all around him. The room is called to attention and every one stops there work.

"Carry on," He says in his deep voice. Almost imediatly a messanger runs up to him and hands him a sheef of paper. On it was the declration of Scellia.

Commander Mastif then moved over to his commander of intelgence.

"When did you find out about this," he asked the officer.

"As soon as it was declaired sir," he answered promptly.

"How did they find out about our invasion?"

"We are trying to asceratin that now sir," The information officer replied quickly, "So far we assume it was spy satlites in orbit."

Commander Mastif looks right through his infromation officer. The officer felt like some one wa walking over his grave. He began to sweat underneath his uniform. Commander Mastif was a man to be feared. Even underneath his loose Battle dress Uniform, could be seen a man built for combat.

"Communications!!" The commander yelled turning away from the information officer, "Tactical!!"

Both officers ran to Commander Mastif. He glared at the Tactical officer, "Are we in postion."

"We just got there sir," The tactical officer replied promptly.

"Fine," He looked at both of them, "Signal the Attack. Attack now before Scellia has a chance to get into postion."

Then, before teh communications officer gets away, "Send Scellia a message not to interfear."

"Yes sir," he replied quickly then left to his group.

The commander of Scellia receives this message:

To the nation of Scellia,

Do not interfear with us. This is not your problem. The war between Black Dragon Keep and Oril Daranith is a private matter that has nothing to do with your nation. If you continue to interfear you will befall the same fate.

uuuhhh ok. Im going to have to put some more work on mine then.

Im not that detailed into it. I wasnthinking it was going to be that tpe of game. Give me a little bit.

OOC: So I spent an inordinate amount of time streched over several days doing this, you just need # of people in army and what vehicles you have. This much info is needed because we will be using a set amount of equipment, usually people only use a small amount of their forces. But we are using more since we are next door neighbors.

I have kept most of my army conventional though. The only improvments are the genetic, and drug manipulations. Did nopt think about ICBM's and satlite weapons.

If I went that far, I dont hitnk Oril would stand a chance.

OOC: No really, it would be fine. I don't have nay satellite weapons, just observation. However my ABM-3 Lancelots can provide accurate ICBM defense, also I am providing defense so it will be fine. The only thing you have to do is stick to the time-line. Remember, I'm in on this and I will be helping Oril Daranith, all I really need is # of people in Army and vague numbers of planes tanks and ships.

You could start invading now and worry about exact numbers later, just to move this along. I do want at least the approx. number of what going where.

Updated stats, I think that I will post an info topic after this war is done. Plus bump, so that I can keep this thread where I can find it.
