"Well, Mr. President, I have sent out a call for aid in this pending war," said a personal adviser to the President.
"WHAT?" he said, aghast. "Chinese Army does not call for aid, not in times like these!"
"But Sir, we are facing invasion!"
"By somebody else! By whom?"
The President handed his adviser the Intelligence agency's report on the nation in question.
"Ah!" said the adviser, a slight smile forming on his face. "I see."

The nation of France Fries has declared war on the nation of The Chinese Army. They are on their way to invade the large island in the middle of nowhere.
They have picked a most inopportune time - already our military is on highest alert, and our navy ready to destroy the navy of a much more potent nation - Holy Mercenaries. It is also a highly militaristic state with a frightening economy - current active military personell is 3.4%, while reserves number in the 5.5% - 6% range.
Because of our islands situation, they will have to come by ship. The fleets that formed a virtual line twenty miles out from the nation to search for incoming Holy Mercenary ships are now sending F/A-18E/F Hornets and F-22N Raptors to search and destroy the invaders. If, however, they invade on carboard sailboats, we may have to drastically change our battle plan - a backup is in the works.

The state of Hudecia also pledges to defend Chinese Army since it is allied to Zoogie People and Exonerate.
Since our ally, the Chinese Army is under attack, we will aid them - we have three armies ready to be shipped out, due to the brief Holy Mercenaries situation, and as we speak, they are now preparing to take the fight to France Fries, escorted by our 2nd and 3rd Fleet. More divisions have begun activation, and we estimate the total number of personnel that will be called up to fight to reach 600 thousand people.
France Fries - consider yourself in a state of war against the Incorporated States of Exonerate, as well as the Legion of Defense. We are not forgiving as the Chinese Army - warmongering nations with a ego larger than their military will not be tolerated.

Oh well, I will send an army of 100.000 soldiers with transports plus 1000 Primus Mk.II tanks, these as well with transportation to your position and be ready to take out any enemy soldiers invading, plus invade their nation as well.

the Nation of Beta Aurigae VII will send 50.000 troops along with its 2nd carrier division and 700 VII Seals (Special Forces) and 5 battleships plus troops transports to aid in fighting FF.
The ATA Administation Committee has declared a National Alert. This means ATA's Security Level is on Highest. Also, ATA is willing to help defend Chinese Army in the invasion. ATA will be setting up Anti-Stealth Aircraft Missile Defenses in the Capitol City and the 2 largest cities in Chinese Army. The ATA Military Advisors in Defense launches a State of Emergency to send 50,000 ATA troops to Chinese Army, along with 5 Carriers, fulled with a total amount of 120 Navy Jets.
This money totals up to 789 billion dollars in USD. We are now looking further in our pockets, if the Treasurer still has that amount of money.
Assuming, of course, the Chinese Army gives you permission to enter their territory...

The F-35, which has a radius of over 600 nautical miles, is patrolling a two-hundred mile radius from the fleets of ships spread forty miles or so out from the mainland from whence it came. The F-22's range is greater, but because they are escorting the Joint Strike Fighters, are also patrolling the two-hundred mile radius.
The Joint Strike Fighters are armed with AM-39 Exocet anti-ship missiles (two of them) in interior bays, and the F-22s with four AIM-120C and four AIM-132 missiles. Both are stealth.
