As part of our new Rapid Responce Policy we wish to purchase land for military use in other countries throughout the world, this land will probably be used to build transport aids and living quaters for about a Brigade worth of troops and vehciles. The Benfits of this for any countries wishing to host us are as follows:

- A Military base of no more then a Brigade worth of troops in Wintrees
- Protection from Wintrees in the event of war threating their country (Good for smaller nations)
- Training and Exchanges with Wintrees's personal
- More jobs for locals

As the creator of the fledgling Tapani Sovereignty I think that such an arrangement mey be of benefit to us and yourself by helping to build the sovereignty.
