Land Request

The EOL wishes to purchase the use of roughly 31,400 sq. mi. to use for a secret military test. It is preferable that this area (roughly a circle with a diameter of 200 mi) is uninhabited. We do wish to do minor construction but nothing that is permenent. We would handsomly pay for use of this land. An island would be even more preferable.
Going price is $250B for this area but it is negotiable.

What kind of damages would this "Test" have, and for how long?

I'd say, at the very least, it could take anywhere from 2,000 - 10,000 years for the land to be useable (if there is anything left).

Okay then you have a deal...I shall provide a test site, but you will have to leave it as soon as testing is over....any special requests? any specific terrain?
We ownsuch territory aquired from nations who failed to make repayments on National Loans. It is a 300 sq. mile island located in International Waters and distant from any major nations. In accordance with Rotovian Law I will not ask the purpose of your lease but can inform you that it can be leased for a reasobale price of your proposal.

The offer is greatly appreciated but this "test" would severely violate UN law so we must not involve any nation that has anything to do with the UN.

Well a large island away from people is always a plus with mountains and we plan to build a mock city and military installation. We'd be there approximately 2 NS months (about a day and a half).

Sounds good to me shall $250B be enough?

To be honest we aren't expecting much radiation but we're playing it on the safe side.

Yes this would be enough...be advised that after testing this area will be completly sealed of by our forces.

RGRT we'll have scientists on hand to completely scour the area before we turn it over just to make sure. Thank you greatly. Construction will begin when I wake up in the morning :)

Oh my god that is a great map. Seriously I am sick of those ugly MSPAINT maps. That is awesome and yes I will indeed do a test thread. It'll be under the Saga of the Omega Bunch (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=115075) but I'll have a thread pointing to it.
Awesome dude. Money is fully wired and I am working on construction now.
