"Due to the present close-to-war happenings that have threatened the peace in Umojan, we have renewed our army and reinstated compulsary military service. However, our compulsary military service is just training, then you will only be called in if a war begins in close territory."

Our administrative office of this will call each affected family five times today, three times tomorrow, and one time the day after. If the affected member/s of the family fails to contact the goverment we will take actions. Remember, treachery against the goverment is punished severe. However, if someone fails to reach the office of registration in that time schedule, he will be presented a fair trial, not a military one, so the strongest punishment you actually can recieve is 5 years in prison, no execution or lifetime in jail."
