Under recent changes in the ITD form of government, and the cessation of state power to newly formed executive parties, the ITD now declares the old republic destroyed. Hence forth all political power, known and unknown, will be surrendered to the Imperial government.
As such the Emperor has formed, from the ashes of the old republic, the following methods and rules of laws, to be followed by all citizenry.
Under the old system of government, the President was elected for a life, during which his rule was unquestionable. If at any time the President died, national elections would be held to decide on the nature of the new President. The new method of government shall consist of the existance of an Emperor, who will reign for life, and leave his seat of power to his first born son. If at any time the Emperor does not produce an heir, or the heir dies prior to taking office, the seat of power shall be given to the Emperor's closest living male relative.
Legislative power has been disbanded in all forms, the Emperor holds supreme command over the lands of ITD. All local decisions must be brought before appointed, local leadership.
All former administative posts have been changed to suit the needs of the new Empire.
