The Halladi Government, in light of the recent civil war, has annexed a small part of Texas. It was offered to members of The International by Communist Louisiana, who recently invaded. One million people were sent to populate the area. 400,000 armed soldiers were sent and 600,000 settlers. The True Directorate hopes there will not be any disputes regarding the area.

Parlim has already claimed Texas, and has a very large section of its special forces in Galveston.

We demand you withdraw, or face the might of our military engine.

Hallad will not give up land that could ensure the survival of the True Directorate. If the Civil War in Hallad is lost we will be forces to retreat there. We do not wish for additional conflict, but we will not give that land up.
