Republic to become Empire

After Recently 'Liberating' Evopia after 2 months from the rule of Credonia.
Evil Twin II, son of the acclaimed Evil Twin I, Has decleared his intentions to Turn the Republic of Evopia in the Empire of Evopia, giving Evil Twin II almost total control over the Rule of Evopia as Emperor.

This Major Change can only be accomplished if there is a Majority Vote for the Movment in the Halls of Justice(Equivelent to the Houses of Parliment, Reichstag,Kremlin).

After 3 days of Debating, the Halls of Justice have reached an agreement with each other, with 68%, The Republic of Evopia, is Now the Empire of Evopia, which will now be ruled over by Emperor Evil Twin II, he will have almost total control of the Nation.
