They can be done immediately. On the average I have about 200 - 500 of each and every land system I sell built sitting in a warehouse awaiting sale and I just either ship them out ASAP and build more or something else. Currently I have 450 M1A2s sitting in the storage depot.

I'd also like to recommend the ST-09 and ST-11 by Soviet Bloc. Those are some FINE tanks.
