Joint Trade Project.

21-02-2004, 05:51
To Boost International Trade, Evopian Goverment officals, Architects and engineers have come up with an idea for a Joint Trade Project for Evopia and Three other Candidates.

Evopia is hoping that other nations will help in the construction of a trade Center, but no ordinary trade center.
This Trade Center will be, in effect, a Very Large Platform out in International Waters were all trade will be commision/Duty free.
this Trade Center will Have 5 sections (One for each Invester, but the area will not count as that nations soil thereby allowing trade to be commisionless) and one central area which will house a Large airstrip, Main Trade Center, money exchange,Offshore Bank etc. Each of the Four 'Nation' Sectors will have room for a port, hotels,Werehouses etc.

This is not first come first serve Evopia will look at all nations propostions.
Nations that Invest can help design and construct the platform if they wish.

Projected cost: 575 billion USD
Approx cost per Invester:143.75 Billion USD

The government of Hudecia would like to take part in this worthwhile project.

However, we would like to know over what period of time we would have to pay our investments. Will it be an immediate payment, or over a period of a few years?

Preferably in a lump sum(After all the money will go into the Construction,Designing etc.)
but if a nation is really strapped for cash, maybe something could be aranged.

P.S if you do invest would you like a say in the Design area?

Sure, if you don't mind I would like to be kept up to date on the project. Mostly I would just like to see the design as it comes along and be able to give some suggestions.
