Need Help Revamping the Armed Forces

The Republic of Western Navascuez needs to fix up it's armed forces quickly, and wants to know if any nations sell the following aircraft:
F-16I
AV-8B Harrier
Also, I need suggestions for the best aircraft for the Air Force, the best ships/submarines for the Navy and the best weapons for to use for the Army (rifles, handguns, mines, etc).
As a large econimically powerful nation you are the kind of customer that Scellia looks to provide for. The aircraft we offer are expensive but the best in their field. For bomber in the Air Force we suggest the EB-52 Megafortress or EB-1C Megafortress II, both stealthier and more survivable then the B-2 but much more expenisive. Also for a fighter I would suggest our EF-12B, the YF-12 was the fighter version of the famous SR-71 Blackbird then EF-12B is a modernized version of the same aircraft. Faster and as manuverable as the F/A-22 with equal stealth the EF-12B has better EW but is mosre expensive. Also check out the M-29A2, the beltfed version of the famous M-29.

Alright thanks for the links, I'll be making purchases soon. However, first I need to figure out how many weapons, ships and aircraft I need to purchase.
I'm gonna make my armed forces about 2% of the total population (reasonable amount, right?).
Now how do I divide that 2% appropriately (i.e. 50% Army, 20% Air Force, 15% Marines and 15% Navy)?
After that, what would be a good amount of craft to buy. Any help is really appreciated

He who controls the seas controls the world.
They may be expensive, but submarines, carriers, and missile cruisers make any third world despot think twice before f***ing with you. I'd go for at least 4 carriers, 7 subs, and 10 cruisers. Not much of an offensive force, but big enough to deture anyone from blindly attacking you.
