Today in the name-sake city of Premier Vassily Isosef Taratin IV, Vassilgrad, a banquet for all national leaders and/or representitives is assembled. The meeting is to take place over the next two weeks in the massive city. The inner walls of the city have been locked tight and the populos shut out. With only the cities governmental servents left inside. The large palace is the center of the gathering, with its large meeting rooms and banquet halls.

The Premier will be in attendance both weeks along with The Commissar of the People, Commissar of the Peace, Commissar of the Military, Commissar of the Defence and Commissar of the Science. Protection for the guests will be provided by the Hutuian Spetsnaz 5th Corps. of neerly 450,000 men. Although personall guards will be allowed.

((OOC:Everyone is welcome, yes this is a sad ploy to get allies, I lost all my old allies in my last little civil war)

The men from both Hattia and CF are both welcome to come and we hope that this is good for both nations.

It is extremly rare for the Tsar of Dr_Twist to leave the nation and when he does where he goes has to be 100% secure. But i would guess he would send one of his Princes or the Prime Minister.

Under a normal situation the Tsarist regiem and its representitives would be turned away at the borders, yet this is not a normal situation and friends need to be made, besides, past grudes from the Motherland which Hutu broke away from must be forgotten if they are to survive in the modern world.

I thank you all for sending representitives to the festivities that took place in my country recently. I also invite you all to build embassies in Hutu, we have begun to alot a space in the city for all of you.

Hattia: Our long time ally your spot is reserved next to the outter wall of our Kremlin palace in uptown Sobakagrad.

Central Facehuggeria: Your position has been chosen in Midtown Sobakagrad next to the glorious Senate Hall.

Dakara: Your plot of land is set for the second largest city in Hutu, Hutu City, just 300 mi south of Sobakagrad and the land plot is next to the Hutuian Socialist Party HQ.

Dr_Twist: Your plot of land is located in the newest city in Hutu, Vassilgrad, as we believe putting structures of this sort in the city will encourage growth in the city. Your embassy is set to be located either on the outskirts of the city neer the business district, or next to the Vassilgrad Palace.(Choice is yours)

We hope that this will cement relations between our nations, and also we would like to provide the laborers and supplies for the embassies, all you have to do is send the designs and a few engineers to over look the project and of course your ambassadors when the work is done.

Of course there is a trade off that is obvious, we would also like to build an embassy in each of your countries. We will pay all costs and send all the workers needed, just aim us where to build.

We have no problem with you building an embassy in Haton. We will have it built on the International Blvd, and we will pay for it (It is the least we can do for an ally.) Here is a picture of what our embassy should look like when it is finished.

The Following Document Describes the Hutuian Embassies to Be Built

The Embassy will be set up somewhat like a military compound due to the militant history of Hutu that the building was designed to reflect. The compound will consist of two main buildings, one running East to West(The Main Embassy) and one to the right of the main building running north to south(The Meeting Hall). Along with these buildings will be 5 smaller ones. Two to the far left of the Main Building that will serve as guard houses for the main gate. Another building will be to the North of the Main Hall and a fourth to the far right of the main hall that will guard the secondary gates.

The final smaller building will be located just behind the Main Hall, and serve as an enterence to the tunnel system that conects all buildings underground. The tunnel system will connect all the buildings with one central bunker under the main and meeting halls. The bunker will be split in half and one part containing a small barracks and the other containing an area for the ambassador to live and stay safe in times of emergency.

The full complexe will take up neerly 450 sq yds. And cost roughly 34 Million. It will take roughly 7 months to build the main halls, an addition month to construct the outlying buildings, another 2 months to construct the 3 barrier walls and another year to get the bunker and tunnels ready.(About 2 RL days)

Kay Son: Central Ishmael City in Shimdah. Ishmael City is the 2nd largest city in the Hutuian Federation and the capitol city of the 1st member(next to Hutu) of the Hutuian Federation.

Golden Omega: Downtown Leningrad in Upper Hutu. The capitol of Upper Hutu and a very key pollitical city for the revolution that took place oh so long ago.

Chinese Army: Central Atkeld City, Atkeld. A small yet respectable city on the eastern Kamchatkan Peninsula.

Jilland: Kafekh in Lower Hutu. The city named after the great Admiral Kafekh that has become Lower Hutu's capitol city.(Kafekh helped run the invaders our of the country in a past war)

Note:The reason these embassies are spread out has nothing to do with how long i've known the people behind the nation(well not much anyway) its just a ploy to boost growth in all cities

This is all good and well, but as you said the "Bridge between equally great German and Russian civilizations" that you propose, this is indeed a great idea. However, I have yet to come across a german "civilization" which is anywhere neer the caliber of our Glorious Russian States. Your delegates will be turned away while still in the skies, and per chance they do not turn away right away, they WILL be shot down without remorse.
