Today in the name-sake city of Premier Vassily Isosef Taratin IV, Vassilgrad, a banquet for all national leaders and/or representitives is assembled. The meeting is to take place over the next two weeks in the massive city. The inner walls of the city have been locked tight and the populos shut out. With only the cities governmental servents left inside. The large palace is the center of the gathering, with its large meeting rooms and banquet halls.
The Premier will be in attendance both weeks along with The Commissar of the People, Commissar of the Peace, Commissar of the Military, Commissar of the Defence and Commissar of the Science. Protection for the guests will be provided by the Hutuian Spetsnaz 5th Corps. of neerly 450,000 men. Although personall guards will be allowed.
