Kazakhstania has decided to open it's joint carrier project to the world. Based on previous Multi-National projects that have been an astounding success, this joint carrier project is hoped to bring nations further together, and bring expertise from far away to help us.

So, by all means, please join and help us make a fantastic carrier together.

The Republic of Evopia is intrested in this scheme and would like the oppertunity to be part of this venture.

The fledgeling nation of war_in_heaven would like to take part in this great venture, althrough our nation is young we have been granted a large sum of money with witch to reasearch anything in return for giving our benefactors any information on what we discover. We are therefore willing to build/reasearch anything necesary, and if you want we will reasearch lower tech equiment so that high tech information stays in your hands. In return i ask for home production rights and rights to technologie and depending on howmuch effort is put in a small share of the profits.

Would like to enquire about being a financial partner with Kazakhstania on this project.
We would of course not want final say so, but rather have a vote with influence comparable to the size of our Investment.
Erinin's current weapons research would have lttile benefit towards a carrier.
Though we are working on some ELF, VLF, and LF systems that might be of use later in the deployment of the Carrier, they not systems which could not be retro-fitted to an existing design.
What say you?

Central Facehuggeria would like to participate in the design and construction of this carrier.. We would also be willing to fund the project with a fair amount (to the tune of 2 billion USD or more depending on need.)

Well Crookfur have been looking for a replacement for thier 2 super carrier classes for soemtime so hereby express interest.

We at War in heaven have been given outside help, and i can pour billion USD into the reasearch, with this new offer, and help with producing the carriers. I would like a +20% income on what i put in(i have to pay back what is poured into my country) and production rights, the 3billion USD should be able to produce most of the carrier on its own, so i think its a fair deal, and im sure that it will be very popular and will make the money needed(only around 5 sales and ill done completly).

(OOC)Actually my post wasn't entirely sarcastic. If you want I can help in making the description for your ship a heck of a lot more complicated than any other descriptions around, and a lot more proof against accusations of GodModing. The only bits of ship design I'm not too hot on are 1) nuclear Engines and relative, size weight and power output. 2) Crew and 3) Cost.
Other than that I think I can do a good job at helping out.


You may alternatively be simply ignoring me, which is also fine by me.

The joint carrier project sounds like an interesting project. While our country is new and you no doubt want someone more professional, we could still offer 200 industrial droids to help your nation once the building part commences. We believe that this donation will help you out in the building of the carrier(s), while still leaving room for more knowledgeable nations to give greater contributions to the project. We are interested in this because once our economy and population has improved, we might be able to buy a carrier like this, and past dealings with you have shown you to be a trustworthy merchant. Even if you would not accept our offer, then we still wish the best of luck for the project!

Crookfur hereby upgrades its note of interest to a firm offer and acceptance of a psotion on the design board.

Ilham,after an unsuccessful attempt at aggressive negotiation with certain major superpower nations,would like to help the government of Kazakhstania to develop this carrier.We have specialisation in nuclear reactors,with experimental contained laser fusion being developed rather successfully.We will contribute the sum of USD 10 billion out of our reserves towards development of the carrier and a 10% share of profits for every carrier produced.We will also pay entirely for the nuclear reactors,an area we specialise heavily in.

We have our own supercarrier,the Lee Kuan Yew-class supercarrier,which we plan to convert to a troopship.A proposition for this class of carrier is the name Ilhagerstan-class carrier.What is the maximum intended tonnage for this carrier?Our current supercarrier displaces 100 000 tons.

(IC) I believe the first step we should take once design begins is to decide what the length of the ship and the beam and combined height above (freeboard) and below (draft) the water should be. Naturally we cannot know what the final draft will be until we actually put other things on...
I recommend a lenth along the lines of 350m
a beam of around 50m
and a combined freeboard and draft of 18m (compromising 9 decks)

Also I highly recommend armouring the flight deck, once that comes into play.
