Today Sultan Leavish decided to have all prostitutes executed in a most exotic fashion- Tiberium mutation-. First they[3000 prostitutes] will be maimed and then the maimed prostituetes will be exposed to tiberium, thus making them rapidly mutate.

As the nation of Commorargh has been nice to us and provided the Sultan with slaves, all of the prostituetes will then be gave to Commorargh to be tortured.

It's is the Sultans wish that all prostituetes be killed in this fashion, if any more are found.

Alright, when we see something like this, I get quite pissed. You people are desecrating people, like yourself, yet who made possibly worse choices than you did. They do not deserve to die.

Prostitutes do not deserve to die, unless it is by their own disease. Then, they had it coming. However in normal circumstances they should be rehabilitated. Prostitution is a cry for help. This coming from a staunch conservative nation also.

Our country is morally opposed to the dealth penalty. In fact, I think we still don't have prisons. (Not too sure what happens to our criminals at this point... never really thought about it..)

If our nation ever runs into a situation, and our prisoner was willing, could we give our prisoner the option of participating in your "games?" Please let us know on what terms this would be acceptable. I will bring this up at our next council meeting..

Masarea will not stand for the tyranny of foreign nations who wish to infringe of the rights of a sovereign government in rightful command. The threat of a war does not frighten us. The government of Carthiana, while not agreeing with the idea of persecuting any one type of people for whatever actions, race, beliefs, gender, or job these people fall under, finds that it cannot deny the right of a country to govern itself however it wills to within its borders.

In a sense, Carthiana agrees with Masarea to the effect that countries should not interfere with the actions within another country as long as those actions do not interfere with the laws of surrounding establishments within those establishment's borders.

To this effect, Carthiana's President, President Catherine Nitchens, has said the following on the issue:

"While we as a people feel that the actions of Al-Anbar go against any sort of moral laws established or implied, I and congress assembled have agreed on the idea that any country has the right to legislate within its borders. Since this issue does not effect us, a peaceful people, in any way, Carthiana as a nation, a whole, will not support Al-Anbar or his allies, but will aid in the defense of a nation's identity and individuality as it would fight for each person's identity and individuality within it's borders - with a fierce passion."
