Announcement to Young and/or Defenceless Nations
The Republic of Evopia is willing to sign a protecterate treaty with Young and/or Defenceless Nations.
the Terms of this Treaty can Be Negotiated, but the outline is as follows:

(I)This Treaty only applies to Nations who are young and/or Defenceless
(II) Nations Who Sign the Treaty will Be Offically Classified as Evopian Satellite States, which classifys as a semi-alliance
(III)Nations that Sign The Treaty will be Offically Protecterates of Evopia, which means that If Said Nation is in any way put in a postion of Danger Evopia is Legally Binded to send Aid to Said Nation, this Includes Natural Disaster, Wars etc.
(IV)All Evopia Asks in Return For this Treaty is that Each Month approx. 2.5% of the Signed on Nation's Budget be wired to Evopia Treasury
Or they can spend the first couple of years (RL month or so) not getting involved in wars, not killing their people (at least not in a blatant way) and generally being young helpful nations...

so if a nation of my size or a nation that is slightly smaller or larger took hostilities towards you, your nation could fend them off?
On our own, no.
But with my whole damn region behind me, yes.

This treaty is pretty exploitational. I would like to remind anyone that signs it that there ARE larger nations out there who would rip pretty much all comers apart... including Evopia. I am not saying that I could take them on, because, lets face it, I would have a great deal of difficulty in a conflict with Evopia and would probably loose (although I would make sure it was one hell of a time!)
The point is, this is quite a lot of stuff given up for a not very certain insurance policy. It would be like getting car insurance for your car against being hit by mini's and not against 18 wheelers. If you want to charge premium rates, you should be a premium insurer. Not a middleweight one.

Ok... so I've been getting at the sugar all day... Iuthia hasn't really been at war with many nations, we're not the type. The best way for your nation to keep it's budget and remain safe is to just be reasonable in their affiars, if they don't threaten anyone they should be ok... however too many small nation threaten people.
