United States of Foreign Aid Givers Alliance

Today, Credonia is beginning a campaign to provide foreign aid to nations in need of help with military, financial, and/or humanitarian aid. The aim of this alliance is to help developing, struggling, and troubled nations progress and advance to give their people a better standard of living. Nations who join this alliance will have to donate annual funds to the alliance that will go towards helping out nations that request our help, or that we see need help.

Alliance Guidelines
1) Alliance members must allocate funds to the alliance treasury. This amount may be determined by your nation. There is no minimum or maximum amount of money.

2) Nations are not obligaged to provide military aid to help other nations that the USFG decides to provide with assistance.

3) Nations may join or leave the alliance as they wish and will not be subject to ridecule

4) The USFG will not get involved with nations embroiled in major military conflicts. The USFAG can and will aid nations who are in a state of civil war, depending on whta the situation is.

Following the nation's recent declaration of it's pacifist policy towards the world, the United Communist States of Zvarinograd will be more than glad to participate in this alliance of giving humanitarian aid to those who would need them, even if their principles and ideals conflict our own. We will immediately transfer a total of $1,000,000,000,000 USD (one trillion standard US Dollars) via Swiss bank account towards this alliance for it's first payment and $100,000,000,000 USD (one hundred billion US Dollars) for the succeeding years. In addition, our medical research facilities and highly advanced pharmaceutical research and production facilities will be open for the members of the alliance, to use towards medical aid for chemical/biological warfare victims and epidemics.

The United States of Independent Hitmen feels that this alliance is a great step towards stopping nations turn towards oppressive regimes and other forms of un-democratic governments. We wish to see this alliance succeed and as such we will add our support to those great nations that have already joined.
However we believe that there has to be a thouragh screening process for nations that are to recieve this aid so that it is not spent unwisely on items such as WMD's, and supporting terrorism.
We believe that our concerns are easily dealt with giving the nations that are present in the alliance at this time and that none of these other nations would want our money that is to be helping developing nations being used by terrorists.

As such we donate 4.2 Billion dollars immeadiately with another 196 to follow. We will however have to have a slightly lower annual donation as we have other programs competing for the money.

The Jeruselem parliament voted not to join the allianced acronymed USFAG in a unanimous decision. The speaker explained to the press "It's not Jeruselem don't want to help other nations with aid money, but having the USFAG in our list of alliances could make look like a much of pink suit wearing Gays."
