There have been confirmed sightings of an unknown ship within 5 miles of or coast. If this is yours please call it back to international waters or we shal open fire.

Ship details:
*large black aircraft carrier with no aircrafts
*large weapons on deck
*archaic radar transmitters on the bridge
*men in yellow outfits running all around the deck
*8 small landing crafts surrounding it

If this is your ship call it back now...WE WILL OPEN FIRE IN 7 DAY
S IF IT IS CLOSER THAN 30 MILES AFTER DAY 7!!!!!

OOC: Do you have something specific in mind for this, or can anyone claim it?

The vessel in question is a classified experimental vehicle belonging to the Neo Atlantis SXDF. It will be stationed there for the next two weeks.

Any scans or probes of the vessel will be considered an act of hostility, and will be met with due force. Repeat, the vessel in question is an experimental military craft, and rest assured it will be quite capable for combat, atohugh the classified nature of course dictates I cannot share details.

It will come within 25 miles of your shoreline, and the choice is yours: Risk provoking aggressive response over a matter of 5 miles, or let us continue with our tests.
