IC: Yah, we might be having a war. What do you provide your mercenaries with in terms of weapons and training? What kind of experience do they have? Would you provide commanders, or would I have to do that? (OOC: would you be RPing for them, or would I be doing that?) How organized are they? Oh, and what complements do you deploy them in: regiments, brigades, divisions, corps, platoons? Curious. Oh, and do you reveal the name of your employer, or is this all confidential?
