In the heart of the northern Amazonian Rainforest in the territory of the Xavanté tribe, Outer Amazonian botanical scientists from the capital- Manuas have discovered a heroin (or opium) substitute. Curiously, according to the scientists, they found that the Xavanté tribe had been smoking the drug for centuries and had not suffered any dangerous side-effects that are usually expected from a drug on the same scale as heroin.
The scientist took it back to their very derilict and incredibly underfunded headquaters in Manuas, along with several memebers of the Xavanté tribe and tested the drug in it's injected form. The tribe-memebers all experienced exactly the same sort of side-effects as heroin and other tests show that it did not harm them mentally and physically as heroin does.
This new heroin substitute has been mass grown and is ready for shipment for any heroin stricken nations that need it.
However, Outer Amazonia is only willing to give out this substitute if something is given in return. Any of the following technologies will do:

- proper biotechnological facilities.

You have to consider though more than the physical side affects, i mean when someone is addicted to heroin they just don't care about anyone or anything they will do anything for a hit, this makes them a danger to themselves, those around them and society at large.

the sky turns black and in unevitable amazonian weather climates starts to rain turentialy (sp), the squad outside the WZ-551 APC open fire on the area of the resistant tribes men, flashes of light in the dark, not knowing whethere anyone was hit or not they fire again and again, the second WZ-551 APC starts its engines and drives through the front line of defending tribesmen aiming at the gate, though the gate is stronger than expected and takes several tries to take it down. the WZ-551 APC enters the compund and the 10 man elite squad inside embark and enter into a fire fight.

They then throw 4 grenades under the WZ-551 APC and watch it explode.

You already know that you did barely touch any drugs of any kind let alone my subsititute heroin (patch) prototype which is bound to diminish the world of it's heroin problem (one day). I would like to know exactly how the affects of this heroin substitute are positive?! Unless it's nothing like heroin? As the affects of any substance giving the sort of hit and addictive qualities as heroin we consider a serious danger to society.

Also, in what way do you imply that it cures heroin addiction? I was under the impression that there was no cure for addictions only things that can ease the transition.
