Cartoria has discovered a new planet aprroximatly 30,000 light years away from saturn. The planet has high ammounts of oil, uranium, and importantly water..... there is also plently of space for dumping toxic materials in designated areas
every 1,000 sq mile plot is only 10,000 usd. Cartoria will continualy own 52% of the land on the planet

That aside there are still approximatly 1 million square miles to be purchased still.

We will purchase all of the land you have available, for 10 billion dollars. If possible we'd like the entire planet, and we will pay you richly for it.
