*Screen goes back to Kan Howlr*

"The new Dimmimaran leader is Emporer William Opal who-unlike Dotage-will be a constitutional monarch-. He was the leader of the Dimmimaran rebels in the rise of Dotage."

*Screen goes to Emporer William Opal, standing on a podium surrounded by people*

"This has been a long fight, but now it is over. I would like to request financial and humanitarian aid from other countrys"

*Screen goes back to Kan Howlr*

IC: "Sir, it appears that the self proclaimed emperor of Dimmimar, a "Dotage" has just died."

"That is good news. Perhaps their people will finally have some peace now. Send them some humanitarian aid. And, before I forget, ask about the Concubines that Dotage kept. Inform the Dimmimar government that we would be willing to pay quite handsomly for them."

Greetings to the newly reformed Dimmimar government! While our nation wasn't able to assist you under Dotage's terrible regime, we would like to assist you now with food and medical supplies for your people. On a slightly related note, we are aware that Dotage kept a number of concubines in his service. We are willing to pay quite well for them. This transaction would have to be secret of course. Most other nations wouldn't approve of it.

Marcelonia expresses deep sorrow at the death of Hans Dotage and questions the overt coup staged by William Opal. Marcelonia would like to see a full scaled investigation into whether foul play was involved in respectable leader Dotage's death but considering internal turmoil in Marcelonia shall not issue a formal protest of any kind.
