At the time of Soviet Trasa's surrender to the hostile nation of Kaderba we were unable to help them. Now, our troubles have been dealt with and we are prepared to move in and secure our ally Soviet Trasa from the Kaderbans and their forces. While we appreciate the anger they harbor towards Trasa and agree that what was done to their scientists was wrong, we cannot alow them t continue their occupation of Trasa. However, there is no need for bloodshed, nor is there need for hostilities. Xanthal respects all parties involved. Therefore, we are offering the following treaty; valid when and if it is signed by the three nations that will be most affected by the document: Kaderba, Soviet Trasa, and Xanthal.
