The terrorists have to have come from somewhere legitimate... seeing as he is RPing a terrorist organisation that means someone elses nations.

Actually the original posts from Serbian Terrorist indicates that theya re infact a sovereign nation who made a request for assistance in putting down an insurrection and indicated they ahd soem sort of infrastruture.

Only of use if you actually let them off the plane before attempting arrest and if you detected the explosives then common sense would indicate at best a seige scenario as an overt arrest would lead to detonantion

SECRET IC

Beneath the Meditereanean Sea is the PRSS Burani, a Titan class-SSGN carrying 154 Tomahawk cruise missiles. It's new orders are to get as close to Serbia as possible before firing it's entire load of missiles at everything in Serbia. While in transit towards Serbia, technicians aboard the Burani set to work removing the conventional warheads from the Tomahawks, and replacing them with 20kt nuclear warheads.

OOC: Serbia, go with Shildonia's nuclear first strike. The nations of the world won't stand for that sort of thing. Not to mention that it could develope into a great RP.

To clarify: You are going to NUKE serbian civilians, because a few terrorists used nonnuclear bombs in your airport (what are your losses by the way)
