Roycelandia's Parliament has unveiled this year's Budget.

Amazingly, the budget shows a $5 Billion profit, primarily through Arms Manufacturing, Mining, and Tourism.

Other developments in this year's Budget:

- The removal of all sales taxes on Pornography. "Everyone loves Porn", says Tanya Hyde, minister of Adult Entertainment. "So, we've decided to remove the Sales Tax on all pornographic magazines, books, tapes, DVDs, and other media. That way, everyone can afford quality adult entertainment."

- A 2c/litre Tax Increase to Petroleum. "Let's face it, Fuel is pretty cheap at the moment. Another 2c/litre won't put anyone out of pocket, but it will provide valuable funds for Roadworks and Healthcare", according to James Rover, Minister of Transportation.

- The Introduction of a controversial "Stupidity Tax". Basically, anyone who drops out of School or Fails their Final Exams spectacularly will have to pay an addition 5% tax per year, to cover the inconvenience that their stupidity or lack of education causes the community in general. They may sit Exams at a later date, and upon passing, will be exempt from the Stupidity Tax. "It may be controversial, but it will encourage kids to stay in school, and the funds raised from it should help cover the inconvenience Stupid People cause us every day" says Finance Minister Penny Staedtler.

- The Imposition of a $25 Customs & Immigration Tax on all Non-Roycelandian or Colonial Citizens. "It takes time and costs money for all those Customs Officers and Immigration Officials to process Visitors, Tourists, and Migrants to both Roycelandia and our Colonies. This tax should help cover most of these costs, and besides, they're tourists- they've got heaps of money anyway, and they won't miss $25. Especially not if they want to visit our beautiful Nation or our Colonies" Immigration Minister Nwabudike Morgan was quoted as saying in the Second Reading of The Budget.

- The Mooting of A Southern Africa Free Trade Agreement. "Roycelandian East Africa has become a prosperous and advanced colony, and both produces and requires a great many goods from other nations in Southern Africa, and anything we can do to encourage trade with our neighbours is well worth the time and effort involved", says Foreign Minister Jeff Lebowski.

- Exemption from Taxation for Military Personnel, Hospital Staff, Police Officers, and Fire Brigade Personnel. "They perform a vital service for our society, and the least we can do is exempt them from Income and Sales Taxes. They're putting their life on the line every day, and the benefit they provide to our Nation and Colonies more than outweighs the few Imperial Wibbles that they might otherwise pay in taxes" said Commander Jack Sword, who met with a standing ovation in the House of Representatives for this idea.
