The Armed Republic of Soviet Bloc wishes to announce that they have send the 1st Fleet to the boundary of ARSB waters/Intl. waters for training. The fleet will do some light ship-ship combat training, boarding training, ASW training, and aircraft training, as well as attacking land targets.

Ships deployed in the 1st Fleet:

RNS (Republic Navy Ship) Chlevenkov- Razor-class battle carrier-flagship
RNS Commodore Timov- Mackensen-class battleship (Executive flagship)
RNS Admiral Vinogradov- Admiral Vinogradov-class medium carrier

RNS Vepr- CGN-21 Heavy nuclear cruiser
RNS Hovar- CGN-21 Heavy Nuclear cruiser
RNS Captain Linke- CGN-21 Heavy nuclear cruiser
RNS Groza- CGN-21 Heavy nuclear cruiser
RNS Ivanov- Ingenuity-class Light carrier
RNS Komrosky- Ingenuity-class Light carrier
RNS Admiral Romov- Ironclad-class Light carrier

6 Udaloy-class DDGs
4 Udaloy II-class DDGs
7 Taylor-class destroyers

4 Astron-class fast attack submarines
4 941AX-class submarines
4 Alfa-class submarines
4 1.21-class ballistic missile submarines

6 EM-150 Amphibious assault ships

12 random frigates

Numerous supply, fuel, and armament vessels as well as light patrol vessels.

Events to be undertaken by fleet:
1. Ship to ship combat (fleet will be split equally) using only strategy in deploying and moving ships.

2. Boarding techniques- Marines and Navy special forces will train on boarding the smaller ships, especially the transports and destroyers. A boarding exercise will also take place on the RNS Chlevenkov.

3. Submarine-submarine maneuvers- Submarine forces will be pitted against each other, one vs. one, two vs. two, two vs. four, and eight vs. eight.

4. Land attack via submarine- 1.21-class Ballistic missile subs will fire dummy cruise missiles at a target within Soviet Bloc at Test Range 7D, located in an uninhabited region.

5. Land attack via carrier- All carriers will deploy aircraft (fighters, fighter/bombers, and radar/observation craft) to attack inland targets as well as coordinate the massive movement of aircraft and strikes. Strikes will target targets at Test Range 7A, located 60 miles from 7D.

6. ASW via aircraft- ASW helicopters and aircraft will attempt to successfully track and target our submarines, while deploying dummy torpedoes.

7. ASW via ship- ASW ships will attempt to track and target submarines while deploying dummy torpedoes. Ships will also try to outmaneuver and evade submarines.

8. Air-to-air combat via carrier- 4 vs 4, 6 vs 6, 2 vs 4, and 4 vs 6, as well as squadron vs. squadron combat will take place via aircraft carrier in the skies above. This will test the ability of our naval pilots as well as test the ability of our combat air controllers. Tests will take place using advanced 'laser' systems.

9. Anti-aircraft maneuvers via ship- Anti-aircraft weapons, mounted on ships, will target and engage drone aircraft.

10. Shore assault via marines- A marine force will deploy and attempt to ampibiously invade a stretch of shore known as Test Range 1B. While they are maneuvering, aircraft will provide air support for the marines.

11. Ship-specific training- This will serve as an overall training, to strengthen the skills of all navy personnel taking part, including: pilots, navy corpsmen, marines, navy communications operators, engine helmsmen, sonar operators, firefighters, radar operators, etc.

Operations are set to end in one NS month, meaning all ships will be at sea for one month, being continually resupplied by escorted convoys of transports.
