Admiral MacLean is the Current Ruler of the Greater Federation Of the Council of Clans. As acting premier he will step down as soon as a politcal leader can be elected. Before Becoming premier during the beheading of the CoC Government(Figuretively. Large scale attack wiped them out) He was Commander-Joint Chiefs of Staff. And CNO(Chief of Naval Operations). Since becoming leader of this great nation he has doubled the territory, expanded the military, spread influence around the world. And generally rebuilt the nation back into the Super Power it once was.

Hilary MacLean was also clan leader but never entered politics till he was needed, though he had been groomed over time to accept the task. He started out flying fighters for the CoC naval Air Corps. Starting out on the Old F-4 Phantom and working his way up to the F-14D and then F-18E before taking over command of a battlegroup. After he was in charge of several ships he rose quickly in prominence and became the youngest Fleet Commander in CoC naval History at the age of 31. Since then he worked on the Admiral staff until he became CNO 3 years ago. And he was appointed by Premier Malcolm to be Commander-Joint Chiefs just before Malcolm's assassination. After fighting the CoC Civil war and reincorating the rebeling clans the Greater Federation Expanded and is now working on consolodating those expansions. The Greater Federation has never seen a leader quite like him.

He is a highly skilled warrior who is accompanied by a handpicked team of special forces where ever he goes, he is trained in the use of various weapons systems, he can also drive and fly anything around. I hope you'll consider him, soryy for not supplying a picture, our PR departent couldn't find a suitable picture, he is in a BDU in all our current photos, also he is currently in hispital due to injuries sustained in a recent battle.
