OOC: Is this "war" against DUD in modern tech? If so, then Hiigarians, you shouldn't be in here wanting to fight modern-tech militaries w/ your space-tech. If you were here since June, you'd know how to RP w/ the proper people.

Chiefy, Head of State of ViZion, has made a speach. Part of it is outlined here.
"To all nations. Yes, this is a disheartening move by Das Uber-Deutschland. Yes, it is a move that ViZion does not support.
But ViZion realizes that this is much better than what could have happened, and what has happened in many nations. Many nations would simply commit genocide against people they do not like. Das Uber-Deutschland at least has the common sense and decency to send them on their way, instead of mass-murdering them.
Das Uber-Deutschland, we do not agree with what you are doing. But, we have delt with many a nation in our long history who does not even have the decency to send them on their way. We realize that this is, even if it is something that we do not agree with, something we can not commit forces to.
We request all nations stand down their military, and welcome these people. Do not kick the gift-horse in the mouth, even if you do not view this as a gift. We do not promote usage of force on this issue, but we realize both sides to have cause, to a point, for their actions, and we shall not intervene."
