The People of West Pacific are tired of having weak allies who are too easily appeased. We want allies with backbones, who will stand up to an enemy without shitting their pants. Recently I was involved in a war with the Anti-Terrorist Army. Despite their name they are a terrorist nation. ATA declared war on me and stated that in less than one real hour he was going to invade. His master (ATA is AMF's bitch) then stepped in and told ATA to stand down. I demanded 11.2 billion in compensation for evacuations and preperations for invasion. AMF said no and all of my allies crumbled before him as he is a nation with a population of 1.7 billion. I am tired of them. I want new allies who will stad by me, I will also stand strong if they are attacked as I fulfill my obligations to my allies (despite facing invasion from ATA I still sent a carrier fleet to help an ally). I am sick of the way my alliance is run and I want to join a strong alliance which does not give in to the will of other nations.

I'd like to ask W. Pacific who it was who sent his troops into harms way to stop ATA once already?

Who was it who collected the data to expell ATA from the NNA in the first place?

If you want to attack AMF, who was doing us all a favour, by the way, then that is your call. We jumped up to side with you when ATA threatened you. I can hardly say the same for you when ATA attacked me.

In fact, even though I posted it on the NNA website I was left to fend for myself!! Not you or anyone else came to my aid militarily and so I fended off ATA, BY MYSELF!!

There is a time for action and there is a time for words. And there is also a time when you wait until the opportune moment to strike one's enemy. That was NOT it!

Um, yeah, whatever the hell's going on here, I don't know but I'm looking to move in the direction of militant opression and it seems like a good idea to enforce my ideas upon other, unwilling countries. I'm up for a bit of war.

First off, AMF is nearing 1.9 billion.

Secondly, I thought I was doing all of you a favor by averting this war with ATA. You seem all too eager to feel the burn of war, and by openly stating that you wish to join an alliance simply to get back at me...well...I don't think very many would even touch you.

First, Nano soft and DrTwist are not allies. We have not pledged any form of allegiance to each other, we just had a common enemy, YOU! It proves that people are sick of your actions and would prefer to get rid of you. The enemy of mine enemy is my friend, not ally. Huge difference, you could do well to learn the difference and maybe even try to make some friends and/or allies. Not just a slave master like AMF.

You are sadly mistaken if you believe that trying to attack ATA will solve our problems.

ATA has been playing this game a long time (just ask AMF - I think he killed ATA like a half dozen times... MagicChina et al...) if you kill him he will just create another nation.

Not to mention the fact that in general, ATA stinks at Rp-ing.

He cancelled his invasion of me nearly a week after he declared it. It was posted on the forum board and not one of my allies posted on it. It took your board mere minutes before the entire NNA was crawling all over it. That's a double standard - but I live with it.

The NNA was created to be a defensive tool... not offensive... it was designed to protect smaller weaker nations from larger ones... not to go and attack larger ones. Kind of like an insurance policy... if your car (nation) is hit by another car (nation), then we will help you... but if it is your fault we will not.

The NNA is not powerful enough to take on AMF. He is larger than most of our nations combined. Plus he has many allies.

I was not appointed and re-elected to the position of secretary for nothing. I have been following AMF and GDODAD for a while and I know about AMF's allies and their strengths. Do not be a fool...

i completely agree, the NNA has not noticed or stopped my warmongering, imperialist expansions, and i so rarely see any action take place, also i would be happy to destroy the ATA and will get the ATC on him very soon............

ATA didn't declare war on me because I am ignoring him for the most part. After he was booted from the NNA I was happy to go our separate ways.

OOC:no...... you were an idiot, and have come very very close to invading 3 or 4 members of the same alliance, this is why i have3 all but quit the NNA for it's total inefficency, and easy appeasement..

erm no.... i just don't turn up much, i have not quit, just i got sick of ATA's posts so i just rarely go onto the NNA boards, where does it say i resigned?

The NNA was created to be a defensive tool... not offensive... it was designed to protect smaller weaker nations from larger ones... not to go and attack larger ones. The best defense is a good offense, they can't strike you if you strike them first. It is a term most commonly used for sports but it plays well here to.

Forget it, I can see that this has been blown totally out of proportion, all I wanted to do was find some new allies because out of 55 nations, only 5 helped in my defense when ATA was about to invade, you can't say the alliance came to support me when only 9% of the nations in the alliance helped me in my defense. That is why I was so pissed, but, I was also mad when my "Allies" backed down when AMF offered to negotiate a "cease fire" between us and ATA.

Thank you for clearing that up. Seeing as to how ATA is, ummm, stupid, it takes a while for something to set in, I still don't know what he meant when you said you and Nano Soft were mine, hes just dumb like that I guess.
