The famous reporter Terry Williams is on the scene in a deadly attack on the Megamall in Corusca, where a shooting and a bombing has just occurred.
"...We are now live and on the scene at the MegaMall, where at least ten gunmen has shot and killed dozens of customers shopping before being dealt with by the Jedi and police officers. Several Molotov cocktails and grenades were also thrown on vehicles, and caused further damage, as you see here."

On scene in Canton Junior High School, where a bomb also destroyed part of this school, distraught parents, teachers and students stood around crying and holding each other. The death toll was over a hundred, and expected to rise quickly. Firefighters were called in to battle the blaze, and local stations cut to their special reports to get the news to the public.

"...and we have the President ready to speak to the nation now, during this terrible time."

The news switched to the press room of the Presidental Palace, and I walked in.
"My fellow citizens, we have been most despicably attacked by what seems to be a double terrorist attack in not just here, in CoreWorlds, but also in Corneliu. We don't know who has done it, but what we do know, is that whoever has ordered this attack will be swiftly and decisively brought to justice, and we do not rule out any response."
Reporters started shouting questions, and I selected a brunette in a red coveralls and blue shirt. "Mr. President, does this mean that you might take military action?"
"Like I said, I do not rule out any response to this terrorist attack, so we might expect some. Just remember, that no matter what happens, we will get through this terrible time together. I will continue to update the public from time to time, and remember, May the Force Be With You."
More shouting occured, as I walked out of the press room. An aide walked next to me. "Upgrade the military to DEFCON 3. I want them training, and on maneuvers in case I need them."
"Yes, sir."
I walked to my office, and dialed a number. "Get me the President of Corneliu, or whoever is in charge right now!"

This is Rachel Smith continuing our live reporting. The death toll has now topped 150 and so far the civilian population is crying out for blood. President Featherston, though hurt, will be giving a speech from a hospital briefing room. Lets go there now.

"My fellow citizens. A grave tragedy has occured on our soil for the first time in our history. As most of you know by now, Tigersville Middle School was bombed killing countless of innocent children. I will not stand for it. I was told that a middle school there was also bombed killing over a hundred students and teachers. This is truely a sad day for both of our nations. When he got off the phone, he left the Star Office and headed off to see his family. He passed his top security officer and told him to notify him if there is any new developements and that he is going to spend the rest of the evening with his family.

Meanwhile, in an undisclosed location…
Suspicious activity has had some citizens alarmed at one of the docks, where a large yacht was being loaded up to head out to sea. A squad car was called to the area, and Sergeant Valin walked out to speak to what seems to be the leader.
“Hello. Some citizens have reported that some suspicious activity has been occurring in this area. Do you know anything about it?”
“No, I don’t think so. I apologize if we have alarmed anyone. We are on a tight schedule, as you can see.”
The sergeant noticed a slight bulge in one of the worker’s jackets, and immediately grew wary. “May I take a peek around?”
“Well, we are on a tight schedule.” Unbeknownst to the cop, several men reached for their weapons.
“It won’t be long…Agh!” A bullet struck the officer in the chest, and blood blossomed from the wound.
His partner stared in horror, and then radioed for help. “Officer down! Need backup, ASAP!”
“Right, Josh! Squads and a bird are on their way. Hold on!”
The officer was heavily injured, and soon, he would be killed. A helicopter flew over and sirens could be heard coming closer.
“Crap! The cops are coming!” The leader shouted. “Start the boat!”
A SWAT team was dispatched to the area, as well as a couple Jedi and an ambulance. Once the team arrived, the officer was killed by a laser bolt to the head, and then a battle broke out on the docks. Someone tried to RPG the helicopter out of the air, but he missed and hit a house nearby.
A Coast Guard frigate was called in to stop the yacht from going anywhere as it started moving away. It shot across the bow as a warning, and as the yacht sped up to try and get away, shot the engines dead. 20 enemies were killed or injured, and 5 SWAT members were downed, as well as eight civilians caught in the crossfire.
A search of the yacht and docks revealed a large cocaine and weapons cache, as well as access codes to various banks in the world.

When he approached the living room, he sees his daughter talking on the cell phone with her Boyfriend. He just shakes his head and proceeds to where his wife was sitting.

"Looks like we might have a suspect in that attack." he told his wife.

"Really? Who is it?"

"Our mutual friend." he replied cryptically

"Oh! Other than that darling how is everything going?"

"Things are going quite well. How are things with the children?"

"Lauren is on the Cell with Jacen again. I think they are truely in love with one another. Our son that is in the military says that training is a bear thanks to the current training, and our other son is doing homework on Geography and wants to know how we can defeat our enemies."

"Sounds like a busy day with the kids."

At that point, an aide walks in.

"Mr. President. We have received a report from CoreWorlds that they have intercepted smugglers that had drugs on them. According to what we are told, they intercepted Drugs and something else." He hands him the report.

"This is very good news. Keep me posted."

"Yes sir." With that, the aide left and Featherston leans back into his chair and smiled.

News Alert! Shootout on docks!
"On the docks of Corel, a shootout occured between members of the police and suspects possibly connected to the terrorist attacks. A large cocaine and weapons cache was found on a yacht involved in the fighting, and in warehouses on the docks. When reached, the Police Chief could not be reached for comments."

"Sir, other than the smugglers, we found access codes in the yacht. They might be able to prove that Fedral Union is telling the truth or not!" Mike said.

When word broke about the CoreWorlds shootout, an emergency meeting was called back in the Star Office.

"Ok! We need something concrete. We now know what was found at the scene and CoreWorlds is tracking that down. We also have our own terrorist. Apparently he is from the Fedral Union." The people glared or nodded there heads at this statement. "So I ask all of you what should be done about this."

"I say we place an embargo on them."

"Minor problem. We don't trade with them anymore at this moment."

"No but their ships still pass through our waters. I'm saying that we should stop them and search them."

"That could violate internation law." Transportation Secretary Rumsfield said.

"Not in this case. If they pass through our waters, they are bound by our rules. I say we do it too Mr. President."

Switched to me behind my desk, not happy. "I am horrified that such a thing could happen in a fine nation like Derscon. Like many, I too was wondering what happened to the Daytona race, and I had no idea that such a terrible deed could happen. In the middle of a Televised Cabinet meeting, an aid whispered into his ear.

"Holy..." he stated. When all eyes turned to him, he stood up.

Small bulges were slightly obvious through their suits, indicating that they were probably quite heavily armed, he had also brought along a cipher clerk, and his translator. Goderenko looked over his shoulder as he walked down the stairs, "Those guys give me the creeps, probably Red Hammer members..." he thought. "Don't worry," the guard said. "Only one person has ever died in the history of the guard, and unfortunately. . . .well, you saw the story." The Imperial Guard started to clam up.

"He was my grandfather. In case you didn't realise, this whole system is like a family run business. I am technically assigned to Protection Duty, which is for the Czar. Oh well, you don't want to hear about it. Oh! Here's the Palace." The cars rolled through the giant gold gates, even though it's rumored that the first Andropov found a way to mix concrete, titanium, kevlar, and other unknown chemicals to create the strongest known metal on the planet. The cars diverged to different areas, while the main car kept on the road. They pulled up to the Kremlin Palace and got out. Goderenko looked around. There had to be over one hundred guards around! He looked up the steps to see the Czar.
"Hello, Goderenko. I've been expecting you," the Czar said.
"I'm glad you would allow me to come," Goderenko said, surprised that the Czar knew his language, but not showing his surprise.
"Surprised I know your language?" Goderenko then showed his surprise.
"I was an agent placed inside your government for awhile. I was a trained pshrink. But that was the past." Goderenko then looked confused, but then his face went blank again.
"Anyways," the Czar said, pretending to not notice the facial changes on Goderenko, the very person his father ordered him to assassinate before the Hutu confict disolved. "You are just in time. Other nations are here, too. I assume you are allowed to represent your nation for this."

Greetings, CoreWorlds, and on a side note, thank you for your past help during our country's resource trouble (the situation has been stabilized more or less).
We are grieved to hear of these terrorist atrocities on your and your friends' soil. Owing a debt for your past help, and as a further act of friendship, we will send a 100 of our finest industrial droids for the duration of these dire times for the rebuilding of current and possible future terrorist-made damages. We also hope that these perpetrators will be stopped.
As for the other nations suffering of this situation, unfortunately, we do not know you that well (well, we don't know CoreWorlds that well either, but we owe him), so we do not know if it would be wise to send part of our population to help you out.
