S.A is in need of ICBMS.

on febuary 16 2004, president Malachi announced on Total Defence Day that S.A will be getting ICBMS For defesive purpose but if S.A is being invaded, We will launch the ICBMS on their military installations/invading forces.
With all these "threats" passing around the world, i am not taking any chances........
anyone here can sell me a ICBM,Scuds etc...
