Well, after a massive invasion, which went rather quickly, ViZion and allied forces have retaken control of Egypstan.

Some background:
Egypstan use to be allies with ViZion. Then, they were quiet for a couple months. Next think I know he's messing with Acigoo, and want to fight. After a long time of fighting (words and war), and other stuff, we were forced to invade. Then, Foe Hammer was forced to O-Line the place because their leader went crazy and infected eveyrone with Acigoo. Allied forces went in, risking their lives to save who we could, then O-lined it.
After a while, we went to rebuild Egypstan, but some anti-ViZion/allied forces guy was very popular and rallied Egypstanians to head home and force us out. We refused to let any children back in because it was so dangerous. They cried like a baby *sighs and rolls eyes at Egypstan* and want everyone to fight us, no one did. We ended up leaving them alone to rebuild, but did not send children back yet. We eventually did, but a new guy had taken power with the backing of Egypstan's military, and caused a coup. He started fighting. Allied forces were again forced to invade invade after threats were made by him. We did not have to O-Line this time, which we are glad of. But, with the massive invasion, much of their nation is in need of humanitarian aid and rebuilding

So, here we are, second round of rebuilding Egypstan. You know why this is here... to ask for help from allied forces and the International Community to help RP the rebuilding of Egypstan.

Their top leaders and scientists have fled to other nations, and are currently being chased.

I'll send 500,000 troops to prevent unrest while reconstruction is going on. I'll send other supplies ASAP.

1,500 peace-keepers will be staying in Egypstan. ViZion is sending 5 million pounds of food and 10 million gallons of water to Egypstan. We're also sending in supplies, and crews to help rebuild the cities that have been devistated to recently after they were rebuilt.

We would prefer not sending many troops, but sendly a decent amount of peace keepers is fine. Also, we'd prefer humanitarian aid over peace keepers, as there's already a large amount of them there (as seen on last 3-4 pages of http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=123275 )

While 85% of the population wants a new Government that is peaceful, 15% of the population still wants the same type of Government. About 80% of those people are either terrorists or part of the military.

They will fight to keep the nation detached from the invaders.

Glad to hear... just keep in mind, I do think they are either muslim or they believe in the Egyptian gods... or both... they use to believe in the Egyptain gods, but that was before they had the rough, bumpy ride over the past 2 months or so with their fearless leaders...

The 5th and 7th armies are already there and the 5th shares control of the capital with DT the 5th Army holds the North.
