Attack Aircraft
EB-52 Megafortress
http://www.fscorner.com/images2/uploads02/aug/eb52_v3.jpg
http://www.fsplanet.com/images2/eb52_v2.jpg
Type: Modified B-52 Bomber
Max Speed: Mach 1.2
Range: 12,000 km un-refueled
Modifications: Steath, Improved ECM, Deployable Decoys, LADAR

Payload: 40,000 lbs, 6 external hardpoints/25,000 lbs(slightly increases radar crosssection with non-stealth munitions).
Cost: $2,000,000,000
A modification of the lumbering B-52 the Megafortress is everything the Stratofortress was not. Actively employing the lastest in Electronic Counter measures and jamming systems as well as the advanced LADAR systems. LADAR has been used in artillery but until recently no one has put these new sensors in aeroplanes. Not only does the stealthiness of the Megafortress protect it from attack but it is also it is armed with externally mounted rotary launchers and ATA missiles. The internal launchers can be outfitted with anything from Harpoon antiship missiles to HARM antiradiation missiles.
EB-1C Megafortress II
http://www.uga.edu/afrotc/cadets/cadetguide/Planes/B-1B.gif
Type: Modified B-1 Bomber
Max Speed: Mach 2.3
Range: 13,000 km un-refueled
Modifications: Improved Steath, Improved ECM, Deployable Decoys, LADAR(Laser Radar)
Weapons: Stinger Air Mines(Rear launched short range unpowered projectiles that create clouds of razor sharp metal, tears apart engines and exposed surfaces)
Payload: 50,000 lbs, 0 external hardpoints
Cost: $2,500,000,000
The next generation of the Megafortress project is the modified version of the B-1B Lancer. Improving on the already existing qualities of the Megafortress the Megafortress II incorperates even better stealthiness and better ECM. Like the EB-52 the Megafortress II carries internal launchers that can carry a wide variety of weapons including offensice missiles. The higher speed and rugged exteroir make it a perfect deep strike and first strike weapon. Only craft that can launch Lancelot Anti-Ballistic Missile.
EF-12B Goldenhawk
http://www.globalaircraft.org/photos/planephotos/yf-12_2.jpg
Range: 2,500 miles
Max Speed: Mach 2.8
Weapons: 10 AMRAAM's
Cost: $200,000,000 per plane
Scellia has resurrected the fighter version of the SR-71 Blackbird and installed the fruits of the Megafortress program. The EF-12B Goldenhawk has the stealth and maneuverability expected of any modern fighter but coupled with a much higher maximum speed. Is a better air to air fighter then the F/A-22 but lacks its ground support ability.
XF-15F Cheetah
http://airbase.uka.ru/sites/www.megafortress.com/468x468/cheetah4.jpg
Primary Function: Air Combat
Power Plants: 2 Pratt & Whitney F-119 engines
Length: 65 feet
Wingspan: 45 feet
Range: 3,450 miles
Ceiling: 70,000 feet
Speed: 1,800 mph
Armament: Six hard points, 10,000 pounds of ordance.
Cost: $50,000,000
The XF-15F is the cheap brother to the EF-12B, a simple modification of the F-15 body and installation of new engines and the XF-15F is born. Ready for combat in any situation and able to use nearly any weapons system the Cheetah is excellent for nations not wanting to spend too much on air defense.
F-33 Heron
http://images.google.com/images?q=tbn:2K0tEWcBpVcJ:prototypes.free.fr/vtol/nouv1/hawkerP.1214-3_03.jpg
Primary Function: VTOL Carrier Aircraft
Power Plants: 1 Pratt & Whitney F119-PW-200
Length: 40 feet
Wingspan: 30 feet
Range: 3,000 miles
Ceiling: 40,000 feet
Speed: 1,700 mph
Armament: 4 internal Weapons bays, 8 AMRAAMS or 4 bombs of various different weights.
Cost: $45,000,000
The F-33 Heron is the cutting edge of VTOL/low observability aircraft, the inverted swept wing design and powerful thrust vectored engine make it small and manueverable. Easily the best choice for a fighter/bomber who is expected to come home alive.
Flighthawk
http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/op-ed/techwar/images/030216uav200.jpg
Type: Unmanned Aerial Attack Vehicle
Weapons: 2 internal bays(2 1,000 lb bombs or 2 AMRAAM's) 2 external hardpoints(increases radar crosssection) and 20mm Gatling with 10,000 rounds.
Max Speed: Mach 2.5
Endurance: 2 hours cruising, combat uses twice as much fuel.
Range: 2 km
Weight: 5,000 lbs
Cost: $5,000,000
The Flighthawk is only deployable from an EB-52, each is controlled by a pilot in the bomber and launched from an external hardpoint. The reason for the Megafortress being the only craft able to launch them is the complex electronics needed to fly the Flighthawks. Small and stealthy the only drawbacks are the limited range a Flighthawk can go from the Mothership and the limited ammo a Flighthawk can carry. Often the Flighthawk is reduced to hunting down opponents with the gun, making them easier to find and hit. The maximum an EB-52 can carry is four Flighthawks due to crew limitations onboard.
Support Aircraft
OV-23 Tilitjet
http://spinefinger.netfirms.com/Vehicles/Cargo_VTOL_Back.JPG
Range:: 2000 km un-refueled
Weapons: 25mm chain gun nose turret, 2 underwing hardpoints
Max Speed: .95 Mach
Carry ability: 40 armed soldiers
Cost: $40,000,000
A VTOL aircraft with the same body as the V-22 Osprey, however this model has high powered jet turbine engines as opposed to turboprops. This ability allows the V-23 to nearly double the effective speed and increase the cargo carrying compacity greatly. However these abilities come at cost, the OV-23 is much more expensive the its propeller counterpart, but well worth the price for lightening fast transport of special operation troops.
Q-6A Carrier Aircraft
http://www.lmaeronautics.com/gallery/products/air_mobility/c5a/images/c5_04.jpg
Primary Function: Aerial Aircraft Carrier
Power Plants: 12 General Electric TF39-GE-1C turbofan engines.
Thrust 41,000 pounds (18,450 kilograms), each engine.
Length: 320 feet
Takeoff/Landing Distances: 15,200 feet takeoff fully loaded;
7,000 feet land fully loaded.
Wingspan: 280 feet
Cargo Compartment Height: 23 feet; Width: 50 feet
Range: 6,500 miles
Ceiling: 34,000 feet
Speed: 300 mph
Armament: 1 Forward and 1 Rear Air Mine launcher, 4 AIM-120C Tube-style Launchers; 4 missiles in each tube.
Load: 340,000 pounds, or 4 F-14 Tomcats with 32 reloads/refuel.
Cost: $190,000,000 without F-14's; $350,000,000 with 4 F-14's
The the Q-6A is the next generation in aerial battleships, it allows a nation to project constant forward air power. This new class of aircraft is a mobile air base, in the sky. It has the facilites to re-arm its F-14 after each mission and recover all of them once the fuel and ammunition store run dry. Only 1 F-14 can be serviced at once, all may be recovered but the F-14 needs its engines to be running for the rearming process. To enter the Q-6A the F-14 puts its wings into full sweep and afterburns into the cargo hold. The hold is wide enough for the crew and Tomcat, the crew refuels the Tomcat and rearms it. The Tomcat then slips out the back of the Q-6A and another Tomcat can enter. Each Tomcat can refuel and rearm 8 times before the Q-6A needs to turn back, that is 8 sortie's in a row without returning to the ground. The Q-6A is not a stealthy aircraft, it is meant to be away from the fighting but still retain its tactical value. Due to the range of the F-14's it is unlikely that the Q-6A will need to be over enemy territory to be effective.
Air Borne Laser
http://www.airbornelaser.com/pics-clips/images/midres/abl_takeoff.jpg
Range: 13,500 km
Max Speed: .75 Mach
Weapons: Nose mounted laser
Laser Range: 200 km
# of Shots per load: 20
Cost: $55,000,000
The ABL is the perfect defense against ICBM's for an air force oriented military. With adequate support and air defense suppression a force of ABL's could provide a solid layer of defense against missiles both strategic and tactical. The only drawback is that the missile must be in the boost phase, therefore the ABL must be over the country you are hoping to protect against. Defensive systems are limited to chaff and flares.
AC-130V Illuminator
http://www.lmaeronautics.com/gallery/products/air_mobility/c130/images/c130_06.jpg
Type: Modified C-130
Weapons: 10 laser designators on underside of airplane
Length: 97 feet, 9 inches (29.3 meters)
Height: 38 feet, 3 inches (11.4 meters)
Wingspan: 132 feet, 7 inches (39.7 meters)
Speed: 374 mph (Mach 0.57) at 20,000 feet (6,060 meters)
Cost: $45,000,000
An Apache attack helicopter can carry 16 Hellfire laser guided antitank missiles, but is limited to firing them on at a time because it only has one laser designator. The AC-130V Illuminator has 10 laser designator on the underbelly, each has a specific frequency that the Hellfire’s can be tuned to. A single AC-130V can allow an Apache to engage 11 target simultaneously, if you had a squadron of Apache’s (12 helicopters) each loaded with 16 missiles with an adequate number of Illuminators the single squadron can engage 192 tanks at the same time. You would need a total of 18 AC-130V’s to do that but 30 aircraft firing 192 laser guided missiles is very impressive.
Missiles/Satellites
NIRTSat
http://www.gascom.ru/images/communication-satellites-yamal-100-1-big.jpg
Type: Communications/Spy Satellite
Cost: $10,000,000 per satellite
Endurance: 1 month from time of launch
Need It Right This Second Satellite (NIRTSat) is a system specifically designed for the Satellite Cannon system. The satellite is small and sturdy enough to be fired from the Cannon, and cheap as well. However the NIRTSat systems comes at a draw back, after one month the satellites will become inactive and burn up in the atmosphere. In order to provide these satellites cheaply and easily mass produced the concessions made mean that these satellites have a small life span. However 10 NIRTSats sent up over a region in time of crisis can provide up to the minute data and spy info. These are small disposable satellites meant to provide accurate info for cheap.
Ice Fortress
http://imagine.gsfc.nasa.gov/Images/satellites/xmm.jpg
Type: Anti-ICBM satellite
Weapons: 3 Interceptor Missiles
Interceptor Missile: Bomb pumped X-ray laser warhead, can shoot down entire flights of ICBM with a single missile.
Cost: $1,500,000,000
AGM-177 Wolverine
http://www.cdiss.org/images/acm2.gif
Range: 50 miles
Weapons: 3 independent weapons bays, also a 50 lbs. of TNT warhead. Each weapons bay can carry 1,000 lbs.
Weight: 3,500 lbs.
Max Speed: Mach 2.2
Targeting: Infrared and millimeter wave radar.
Cost: $3,500,000 per missile
The first supersonic stealth cruise missile, and easily able to perform three individual missions. A single Wolverine can destroy an tank platoon, and infantry group and destroy an radar sites with antiradation missiles before demolishing a enemy building. The versatility and stealthiness of the Wolverine means that the enemy won't see you coming and won't increase the radar crossection of an Stealth aircraft if deployed on a hardpoint.
AIM-154 Anaconda
http://www.alliedaerospace.com/IMAGES/Gallery/Missile%20Gallery/Hypersonic%20Missile%20iso%20sm.jpg
Function: Hypersonic Air to Air Missile
Size: 2X the AMRAAM
Speed: Mach 5.3
Guidance: Radar/FLIR
Cost: $200,000 per missile
The Anaconda is the replacement the AIM-120C Scorpion, while it takes up twice the space and weight as the AIM-120 the AIM-154 Anaconda has the advantage of speed and accuracy that the AIM-120 can't hope to match.
ABM-3 Lancelot Anti-ballistic Missile
http://www.naval-technology.com/projects/neustrashimy/images/neu7.jpg
Weight: 10,000 lbs.
Range: 200 km
Warhead: Stinger and High Explosives
Max speed: Mach 5.7
Cost: $15,000,000
Using advances in the reversed wing design and scramjet technology this missile can accelerate at extreme speeds yet maintain its manuerverablility and accuracy. Too expensive to be a mere air to air missile the Lancelot uses a high degree of skill to bring a target into its kill zone. While made of explosives the warhead on the Lancelot has an unusually large envelope, it uses modified Stinger Air Mine technology to slice an ICBM to pieces rendering the missile harmless if intact. A comprehensive system of EB-1C Megafortress II's armed with the Lancelot system can provide excellent national defense. Maintenance on the Lancelot system is much less then an equal nuclear arsenal making them less aggressive and more efficient then a full blown nuclear program.
ADM-1 Screamer
http://www.boeing.com/defense-space/missiles/calcm/images/alcm.jpg
Type: Anti air Defense Missile
Weapons: High-powered jamming system, chaff and flares, active decoys, variable radar crossection.
Range: 200 km
Cost: $1,000,000 per missile
The first in its class, the ADM-1 ‘Screamer’ is a non-lethal cruise missile. Armed with nothing more then a profusion of defensive systems and the ability to mimic the radar return of any aircraft from the B-52 to a B-1B the ADM-1 is meant to be seen. Stealthy until activated the Screamer will cause air defense systems to activate, this means that the target will be firing all SAM’s at the Screamer while ignoring your own airplanes, or simply costing them money and preparation. The ADM-1 is the perfect cover for stealth aircraft and will cause enemies to expend valuable time and resources attempting to shoot it down.
Ground Systems
Theater High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD)
http://www.fas.org/spp/starwars/program/thaad.jpg
Max speed: Mach 3.8
Missiles per Launcher: 2
Range: 450 km
Cost per missile(no launcher): $200,000
Cost per battery: $1,000,000 (two launchers is a battery, four total missiles.)
The THAAD system is meant to provide reliable theater air defense against high and medium level opponents. Able to intercept ballistic missiles and cruise missile, but does not have the degree of accuracy of the more expensive Lancelot missile.
Tactical High Energy Laser
http://www.defense-update.com/images/thel-beamer.jpg
Range: 4 km
Cost: $1,500,000 per site
An actual system and not future tech, produced by TRW but Scellia has acquired rights for production. A stationary laser that can shoot down missiles, artillery or low flying aircraft and helicopters. Excellent theater air defense combined with the THAAD system.
Satellite Cannon
http://www.astronautix.com/graphics/m/mart3gun.jpg
Size: 50m tall, 20 inch gun barrel
Payload: 200 lbs.
Cost: $800,000
To launch small satellites into orbit quickly and cheaply Scellia has developed a larger version of the gun used by Dr. Gerald Bull in 1967. Although not used in the last 40 years the Satellite Cannon is a remarkably simple and easy to use concept. The Cannon can only fire small satellites and heavily reinforced.
Satellite Cannon Mk 2
http://www-istp.gsfc.nasa.gov/stargaze/Sfigs/Sharpgun.jpg
Size: 80m tall/50m underground, 40 inch gun barrel
Payload Weight: 1,200 lbs.
Cost: $1,500,000
Simply a much larger version of rhe Satellite Cannon.
Alert Mines
http://www.cameo.org/graphics/landmine.jpg
Type: Non-lethal landmine
Cost: $50 per mine, $264,000 per square mile, $250,000,000 per 1,000 miles
The Alert mine is the first line of intruder detection. Using all plastic or non-metal materials the mine, when activated, fires a small shell upward. At a height of 20 ft. the shell explodes, the explosion is small and will not reach the ground and the shell is made of disposable materials. Scellia guarantees that these mines will not injure whoever sets them off. However what they will do is leave a trail that points directly to where the mine was, and who set it off. The noise of the blast will alert even the blindest guard, similar technology has been used in fireworks for years, thus very little metal or dangerous explosives are used. These minefields can be deployed as an intruder detection system or in civilian sensitive areas. There is one mine per square foot in the square mile of minefield.
XM-4 Hovercraft
http://images.google.com/images?q=tbn:_KP1aY4XaZkJ:members.tripod.com/airfields_freeman/PA/Vanguard_Convertaplane_59.jpg
Length: 5m
Width: 1.5m
Max Speed: 120 MPH
Weapons: 25mm Chaingun, 1,500 rounds. 2000 RPM
Defensive Armament: 1/2 inch ceramic on underside of plane, flare/chaff despenser
Crew: 1 pilot(in open cockpit), 1 Gunner(closed targeting pod behind pilot)
Max Height: 100 ft. above ground
Cost: $60,000
The XM-4 is the answer to cheap realible anti-personnel and anti-light armor. The 25mm chaingun can take on most any light armor, and the extreme manuverablity of the craft allows for dodging on heavy weapons. Also the gun can be used to support infantry, the gunner allows for quick passes over target with fairly accurate fire. The chaff/flare despenser can foll nearly any targeting system, the engine of the XM-4 is not very hot compared to the flares and the RCS is small compared to the chaff.
Sx-1 Pillbox
http://images.google.com/images?q=tbn:Gi65-ixSkjkJ:www.shkodraweb.com/downloads/bunker.jpg
Weight: 5 tons
Firing arc: 360 Degrees
Weapon: 7.62mm Minigun, 3000 RPM
Ammunition: 6,000
Targeting system: IR/Radar
Camaflouge: Adaptive camaflouge
Cost: $85,000
The Sx-1 is an air delivered computer controlled minigun inside a pillbox, the pillbox uses an adaptive exterior to make it incredibly hard to spot. The computer is trained to fire on target giving off IR signatures and or radar returns in shapes that match a soldier or thier weapons. No civilians will be fired upon unless armed or wearing a Kelvar vest. Also the signature of a missile heading at the pillbox will be fired at, with a medium liklihood of success. Great for armies with large budgets but few soldiers or simply wants an incredible defensive system, once dropped a Sx-1 can be picked up by a truck and reloaded on to an airplane.
Sx-2 Pillbox
http://www.lwbc.co.uk/bunker.jpg
Weight: 7 tons
Firing arc: 180 Degrees
Weapon: Wire-Guided Anti-tank Missiles
Ammunition: 10 missiles
Targeting system: IR/Radar
Camaflouge: Adaptive camaflouge
Cost: $95,000
The Sx-2 is the antiarmor version of the Sx-1, incorperating all the technology with anti-armor missiles. The limited firing arc of the launcher is nessesary, however the Sx-2 can be launcher to orient on roads and gaps where armored vehicles will pass. Very good when used in conjunction with the Sx-1.
Naval Ships
Dominator-Class Battleship
http://www.manatee.brevard.k12.fl.us/dep/por/ship.GIF
Length: 900 ft.
Beam: 110 ft.
Draft: 40 ft.
Height above water: 13 ft.
Bunkerage: 120 24 Inch shells, reloads for THEL
Offensive Armament: 2 24in. x 700 ft.
Shell specifics: 2000 lb. warhead, fold out directional fins, 1000 lbs rocket motor. Speed, 2-3 Mach. Range, 100 miles. Revolver style reloading system.
Loading system: 3 Chambered revolver, 5 rounds per minute(single cannon)
Defensive Armament: 4 topside THEL
Propulsion: 2 Nuclear Reactors
Cost: $4,000,000,000
This is the next generation in gun and battle ship technology. The 2, 24 Inch guns run nearly the entire length of the ship and use a multichambered design.
http://www.world-famous.com/Alien-Presence/Alien-Presence-Photos/Alien%20U-.JPG
As you can see firing chambers run up the side of the ground based test cannon, this allows the shell to maintain constant acceleration through the entire 700 ft. length of the barrel. Each shell is significantly cheaper then the Tomahawk missile, and can deliver more firepower on target. The tradeoff is range, the 24 in. shell has much more kenetic energy but the Tomahawk has range. The Dominator has these barrels barely poking above the deck, due to the guided nature of these shells the Dominator needs only be pointed in the general direction of the target. This class of battleship is so low to the water due to its low radar profile, the current profile is found on modern Arleigh Burke-class destroyers. Except for four THEL stations on the top and the snouts of the cannons the deck of the Dominator is completely flat, the entire ship is solid black. The Dominator sports a revolver style reloading system, it works by a rotating trichambered system. Assume the 24 inch gun has just been fired, the first chamber will be out from behind the gun. Then at the first station the 3,000 rocketshell is loaded into the chamber, at the second station the powder bags are put in place, at the third station the bags and shell is loaded into the cannon and the cannon is fired.

The M-11A1 is the Scellia production model of the famous G11 from Keckler and Koch. The M-11A1 is a rifle that features caseless ammunition, which results in a much higher RPM then any other regular rifle. Also the rifle uses no moving part, an electric current causes the rifle round to fire. The rifle fires in semi-auto, 3 round bursts or full auto.
M10
http://www.bluething.org/apaworks/V1R5/dunn-jc_pistol.jpg
Caliber: 9mm

The M10 is the best pistol avalible, a expenisve replacement but more powerful then the M9 Berreta. Features semi-auto and full auto fire, incorperates both new features of the M-11A1, the eletronic fire system and caseless bullet system.
M-29A2
http://images.google.com/images?q=tbn:b8TMBsUJYc8J:www.ginklai.net/images/galerija/thumb_7588_oicw_soldier.jpg
Weapons systems: 5.56mm beltfed rifle, 20mm semiauto grenade launcher.
Belt length: 65 rounds per belt
# of Grenades in clip: 6
Weapon length: 550mm
Weapon Height: 50mm
Cost: $1,500
To provide heavier fire and more punch the Scellian military has modified the M-29 to be a beltfed light rifle/grenade launcher. The only noticeable difference between the M-29 and M-29A2 is the lack of 5.56mm clip and the belt hanging off the side(not seen in pic). An excellent weapon to arm an army that wants heavy firepower and great fire support.
M-22 Grenade Launcher
http://www.warwickcompsoc.co.uk/~draconas/archive/DF_files/seburo1.gif
Caliber: 25mm
Grenades: 10
Grenade Types:
-High Explosive Anti-Personnel(HEAP)
-High Explosive Anti-Armor(HEAA)
-Fragmentation Anti-personnel(FAP)
-Single Shot Anti-personnel(SSAP)
-SABOT
Weapons length: 20 cm
Weapon Height: 6 cm
Cost: $2,500
The M-22 uses a unique recoil system, composed of advances from the M-29 and foam hydralics the M-22 is able to fire semi-automactically while maintaining a low level of recoil. Perfect for replacing the SAW with something higher in firepower and more accuracy, also the SSAP round gives a unique sniper function to the launcher. The SSAP round is fired, internal sensors look for body heat in the same pattern as a human. Once the target is acquired the round detonates itself, much like a barrelless caseless round. This flings a .55 caliber round at the target below, great for shooting over things without collateral damage.

Range:: 2000 km un-refueled
Takeoff/Landing Distances: 15,200 feet takeoff fully loaded;

Belt length: 65 rounds per belt
# of Grenades in clip: 6
Weapon length: 550mm
Weapon Height: 50mm
Cost: $1,500
To provide heavier fire and more punch the Scellian military has modified the M-29 to be a beltfed light rifle/grenade launcher. The only noticeable difference between the M-29 and M-29A2 is the lack of 5.56mm clip and the belt hanging off the side(not seen in pic). An excellent weapon to arm an army that wants heavy firepower and great fire support.
M-22 Grenade Launcher
http://www.warwickcompsoc.co.uk/~draconas/archive/DF_files/seburo1.gif
Caliber: 25mm
Grenades: 10
Grenade Types:

The M-22 uses a unique recoil system, composed of advances from the M-29 and foam hydralics the M-22 is able to fire semi-automactically while maintaining a low level of recoil. Perfect for replacing the SAW with something higher in firepower and more accuracy, also the SSAP round gives a unique sniper function to the launcher. The SSAP round is fired, internal sensors look for body heat in the same pattern as a human. Once the target is acquired the round detonates itself, much like a barrelless caseless round. This flings a .55 caliber round at the target below, great for shooting over things without collateral damage.
