Introduction

Background : Starting with the great terrorism wars stemming from Hutu’s colony in neighboring Shimdah a need arose to secure all domestic actions of Hutuian provinces. After gaining new provinces to the North (Upper Hutu) and South-East (Lower Hutu) the need for unification grew. After many years the decision was finally made to create the Hutuian Federation. At the time of its creation the federation contained Hutu, Upper Hutu, Lower Hutu, Shimdah, Atkeld and Isof. After many years of unity it soon pulled in smaller break away countries on its borders ( Richwood, Amecapoa, and Iicakhan).
