Due to threats resived all fedral union forces are at DEFCOM 3 . this comes after an imperlist nation threated the union .

also in connections with the deaths of 1 million people that the Fedral Union is sorely sorry for we have sent 1.5 billion fedral dollars to the Dimmars goverment to compinate them . we are sorry for that at any rate all focres belogning to the fedral union are at DEFCOM 3 DO NOT BE ALRMED PEOPLE THIS IS ONLY FOR DEFNCEIVE PERPOUSES.

We are rather concerned about this situation, and hope that it could be resolved soon.

Fedral Union! He is trying to have some fun. As for him going after you. I believe it is the other way around. You invite him to damn much and then you yell at him when he is giving you some good tips. You should listen to him and to me. I'm asking you that you don't ignore his ship, it'll spice things up here. I'm sure he doesn't mean you harm.

at any rate nothing but a quick cargo seartch will occuer in port no bordeings or any of the sort they will be searched therougly wile docked .

I was at DEFCON 5 it incrses 5 being the lowest to 1 being the highest

3 is like extream cution . this is only a defcnsive mesuer .. for manuvers imperlist scum have been threateing my nation . i may lower to defcn 4 soon if i see the threat has subsided.

Not necessarily. DEFCON 2 is a known threat. Such as...missile tubes opening all over Russia. DEFCON 1 is an active threat. i.e. Missiles fired at America. DEFCON 3 and later are basically judging which threats are increasing in...threat..-ness..:S
