Due to the recent breakup of our renouned enemy, Phyrexia, The Nine Spheres has been left without a home. This unprecedented turn of events has led Dominaria to allow The Nine Spheres a place in our region. We well allow Yawgmoth to join if he follows these following conditions.
1: No communication with previous nations affiliated with in Phyrexia.
2: No more military activity in and around Dominaria.
3: Pledge to be an active participant in making Dominaria better.
4: Present Tirras, Dominaria's new Minister of Military Procedures, with all existing troops and weaponry.
5: Publicly renounce all affiliations with Phyrexia.
