With the recent announcement of DUD expelling all-known non-Aryan races out of the country,We have decided to close all possible relations with the country.We find this act sickening for we believe in equal rights for all nations.We urge DUD to cease this evil action of face the possible actions that might from from us.

Das Uber-Deutschland is a sovereign nation that takes no part in UN drivel. Therefor we have no reason to even contemplate seacing action that are our buisness. Malatose has no reason to thrust their ideals on my nation. I have never done so to Communist nations who inevitably collapse and take the international economy with them. How is it for you to say how I run my country? It is our ideology that the Aryan people and the land that they live on are superior. We will live pure by any means neccecary. If you bielive your god will protect you, than you will find that you are very wrong. Reituous bielifs will not save you from our great people protecting their homeland. I hope you are not willing to send your soldiers to their death when you preach of our "vile" ways. Who is the murderer when you attack me? Meramoso also finds this act to be appalling and opens its borders to any who were forced to leave their homes in Das Uber-Deutschland. However, for now, we will not commit any military forces.

Until DUD's actions negatively affect other countries of the world, not including the possible creation of slums from incoming emmigrants, it is deplorable conduct to force idealogies onto other nations.

The Armed Republic of Killer Peoples supports Uber-Deutschland. If they take no place in the UN than they can not be judged by their laws. I also believe that other nations shall not push their ideologies on other nations. I will send military help if need be.

So called "Reituous" crusades against nations unprovoked are a thing of the past. The National Republic of Kilean does not so much condemn DUD for it's actions (we've performed actions that have been worse), but we caution them against the rash and hyperagressive action that has been the hallmark of DUD in it's international relations.

However.

If socialist nations attack DUD, we will give no aid or support- be it physical, moral, or political- to efforts against DUD.

The evils of DUD's unbalanced, fickle, rash and somewhat bizzare government are one thing. Self-appointed crusaders taking it upon themselves to force their own doctrines on others is something else altogether.

We find the juvenile nature of DUD's strutting government to be amusing, and worthy of scorn. Their fancy titles, almost fetishistic mimicry of the SS, and their cliched ideology is to the international community what Insane Clown Posse is to music: purile and lowbrow, devoid of even the shock value they hope to impart.

It is important to note, however, that in this case (and it seems to be an exception) they have brought no harm upon the international community. Their policy of racial exclusion, although silly and spiteful, is really somewhat redundant- how many non-aryans would decide to live in a country governed by nazis?

Kilean views the stance of much of the international community with concern. If you establish this precedent- that internal policies can result in action from without- it places yourselves at risk of having this own doctrine turned against you.

Let he who has not sinned cast the first stone, isn't that how the old saying goes? Kilean has nothing but distain for DUD, but we're not getting our proverbial panties in a bunch about something that is much more tame than some of our own actions (like, you know, the furry genocide).

Oh but Kilean proved they were incapable of such logical thinking when they tucked tail and ran from conflict with the Joshuans. Their plans were disrupted and so they were paralyzed like a fawn as its mothers kneck is being wripped out by wolves. The fuhrer again chuckled to himself, seeing the Kileans like the Prussians of old, with muskets on their shoulders and a book of battle ethics. Ah, but what could it matter? It would be amusing to see the leadership of Kilean after the he threw water in all thier hypocritical faces. No, it would be more amusing to send them a love letter......

We have formally requested admittance to his airspace and international waters, to evacuate up to 1.000.000 non-Aryan refugees. As we speak, a fleet is being formed at Port Shining Light, and military transports are being modified to carry refugees in a humane fashion. As soon as permission is granted, we should be able to arrive in the DUD within a month. Also, when granted, an airbridge can be opened to move up to 10.000 refugees a day, depending on how many airports we are admitted.

Our nation has a history of accepting refugees in our midst, but this will be our largest single effort yet. The council therefore asks to donate what you can spair to the church of Arila. Blankets, furniture and toys for the little kids are most wanted. Also, if your home is large enough to accommodate an entire family for at least 2 months, call the number shown below.

Understand, this was not an easy decision to make. The Arilan Council of Guidance does not look favourably upon the direction the DUD is taking, and believes this "uber cult" is dangerous in its tendency to escalate.However, as long as they don't go searching for "lebensraum", they should be free to choose their own way.

Hattia requests that Malatose and Hogsweat stand down. Whoever said that at least they aren't commiting genocide is right. It pains the whole nation to see actions like that but invading would make us seem as imperialists and damage the cause.

Hattia's borders are open to any refugees.

The Federation of Centralamerican States respects and recognizes thet DUD's right to proceed with the Racial Exodus, as long as two conditions are met:

A) The rights of the deportees WILL be respected at all times

B) The property of the deportees will remain so, without any outside influence.

Since DUD is not part of the UN, the Allies can do nothing, unless DUD commits some sort of breach in international law, which, so far, it has not. The Federation volunteers to send 10 Federation Air Force C-17 Globamasters to Hermann Goering International Airport in DUD, to assist in the deportation. These planes will be totally unarmed and thus, neutral while in DUD. We hope to maintain diplomatic relations with the DUD for as long as we can.

DPR, you are cleared for landing and use of all SICH forms of military in my nation.

However, at a stance from Parliament, the fleet is to withdraw, and all military units directed at DUD are to withdraw as well.

On a secondary note, As it is officially stated Hogsweat ships are withdrawing, Unofficialy, or OOCLY, this is not true. The ships are waiting off the coast, instead of any sudden movements. They will NOT attack Arilan ships.

OOC: This would fool Arila, as we have no spy sattelites yet, however, Kilean has already supplied DUD with intelligence once. Not only would you loose respect from the international community, but your parliament might not be all too happy with the current action choosen ;-)

Although our relations are next to none, in fact, none, we are willing to inform you of the current situation. All our fleets are retreating, with the exception of the 1st. The nation of Itakeitall deplores the actions taken by the DUD toward its own people. Forcing individuals to leave their homeland over something as arcane as race is an evil act in the eyes of all civilized people. HOWEVER, war is not the solution.

We would like to suggest an alternative:

DUD Deportation Act

A) Deportees will be provided with transportation to the destination of their choice by air.

B) All deportees will be reimbersed for the losses they have recieved as a result of this action, and the DUD will pay for one quarter of the cost of their new home (a figure within reason).

C) Nations who see this act as wrong are to be permitted to donate money to a relocation fund which will assist refugees in their transfer. This fund will be administered by an impartial third party.

D) Deportation will be quota enforced, with 10000 people being transferred every week.

This is my proposal for resolving this debacle. I would like to offer $100,000,000 to the fund as the first contributer.
This amount of money is far cheaper in both lives and money than any armed intervention would be.
I hope that the other nations who see this heinous act for what it is will join in making this proposal a reality.
I also have opened my borders for any refugees, and offer my nation's passenger plane fleet (OOC/ my nation does not have any private industry /OOC) to help in relocation.

I would hope that the DUD can see the horror its actions are causing for its inhabitants.

Following this proposal will minimize the human suffering (OBVIOUSLY the goal of Hogsweat and Das Protoss Reich) and will also show the international community that it IS possible for nations to work out their differences without resorting to death and destruction.

Pride of the Navy floated firm in the Reich waters, acompanied by eight of its sister ships. Overhead soared twenty A10's courtesy of the HNAF. They fired their uranium rounds, AT missiles, and other assorted weapons at the ships, knocking out various systems, including a turret on one.

The noise was deafening as the 12 16" guns continued to thunder and Messerschmitts engines screamed over head. Deck hands were running everwhere tending to planes just a minute away from launching. An alert began ringing through the entire ship as well as the deck; the cruise missiles were being launched, 150 of the tubes! The noise couldnt possibly get worse, but somehow it did. As the first missile aimed at the enemy ships rocketed into the air everything stoped for a moment. This was the first launch of missiles from the "Land Sturm" in the defense of the reich.

The messerschmitts were designed for naval superiority. They would fly in a loose group at low altitude and full afterburn. As they closed they would all drop there air-sea torpedoes and immiedieatley cut left and right. They would then regroup behind the fleet and fly reconnisaince to make a damage report on the fleet from themselves and the missiles that would soon rain down on the enemy fleet.

The Renegade's radar picked up one of the Gregloristani ships off of her port bow. The firing duty officer gave the order the shoot the Tomahawk across the bow of the ship. Expelling citizens or non-citizens is a nations' right and thus as long as they don't line them up and MG them to death there isn't a lot you can do. It's not exactly the most justifiable thing that DUD is doing but there is nothing wrong with it and it is their own perogative.

If you agree, we can send 2 planes with Arilan officials, 1 group to select the families that will travel by air, and 1 group to select the ones that will go by boat. We can then set about the necessary paperwork in advance, registering their names, giving out visa etc. The moment the planes and ships arrive, those people can then simply board without further delay, greatly speeding up the whole process.
Also, if we already know who is coming to Arila, we can already make the necessary arrangements for these people in ourcountry, such as finding homes, and arranging for donated furniture to be already in place upon arrival.
Last but not least, as said, it would ease the tension amongst your refugees, for some will undoubtedly be suspicious of your explanation for the delay. Representatives from another nation will assure them that transport IS on its way.

These were the pride of my navy, they wont go down without a fight.


The Revolutionary was hit, its bridge and upper decks burned. The huge ship took again another battering, the steel armour plates cracking under the extreme pressure. Then, out of the blue, a crack spread down to the lower floors. Water began to rush in, and within an hour, the ship capsized. The crew sat in lifeboats, and waited a response.

The Hurrah! was hit in the engines, and along the port deck. Dents and holes riddled the armour of Hurrah, and eventually it halted. Another cannon blast smashed the front turret, mangling it and the crew of it into rust scrap.

(OOC: Ive launched 50 Messerschmitts with air-sea torpedos. I launched 50 tomahawk cruise missiles as well. The flagship "Land Sturm" has been firing 16" shells consistantly since the attack.)

The second wave of messerschmitts were launching, soon the first wave would be landing to rearm. It was decided that if this next wave of aircraft did not end it, the "Land Sturm" would launch the rest of her missile load (that being 100 tubes). This would nearly ensure victory, however it was seen as overkill at this point.

I nearly jumped out of my sking when it was reported that a missile was launched from one of your ships! When it landed not feet a Gregloristan ship I was to say the least, just slightly confused. The Gregloristans may be theologicaly deranged, but I must say they dont deserve to eat tomahawk missiles! I pray this decision was made by a subordinate and that he was properly "reprimanded". You may land your plans at Goering Airport, however security will be very tight. I will admit I dont love the idea of international aircraft landing while in the middle of conflict, but if it will help difuse this rediculous situation than so be it. When your planes reach Uber-Deutsch airspace, they will be accompanied by Messerschmitt aircraft. Please differ to their instructions on flight path. The beach head is not yet secure (Hogsweats 1st fleet has mutineed and attacked my beach defenses. The fleet is now under massive Uber-Deutsch attack) so my aircraft will guide you safely into Das Uber-Deutschland away from military activity.

Furthermore the Empire of Layarteb does not entirely believe that the fleet attacking DUD from Hogsweat is a mutinous fleet. We believe that the leader of Hogsweat has repealed his attacking fleets to look as if he does not want conflict to confuse DUD. At the same time we believe that separate orders were given to the fleet to attack at all costs regardless of what else is going on. We believe that Hogsweat is feeding their "rogue" fleet with information of DUD forces attacking and so on and so fourth. While it cannot be proven 100% we do not buy the "cover" story of a "rogue" fleet.

Two more ships fell in flames, victim to the strong napalm. The S500's turned to the skies, unleashing missiles with a deadly whoosh. They released another, when the first napalm missile came down on teh deck of Revolutionary. The crew screamed, many attempting to jump off the deck into the water.

Roycelandia, as Allies of DUD, cannot abide thus unwarranted interference in DUD internal affairs.

DUD has broken no International Laws, they are not UN members, and therefore International Opinion of their actions is irrelevant.

Accordingly, Roycelandia will supply DUD with whatever aid is necessary to assist them against Foreign Agression.

Gregloristani dinghy-men leap from their boat as the missile goes shooting overhead. "Oh the humanity!" they cry with horror. The scene is a mess, men in burquas flailing in the water, dinghies crashing into each other as they fumble to reach their flailing brethren, and all the while screaming and crying to their deity G.

Gregloristan expels their Centralamerican States ambassador, with the threat, "G frowns upon unholy nations using military force against us. Your cities will burn and your goats will get herpes". This seems like an idle threat, given the size of the Greglori country, the impotence of their military, and the fact that their largest foreign action to date has been the use of a dozen dinghies to retrieve their faithful from D-U-D.

Due to the quickness in the 4th Fleet to set sail, they have just arrived off DUD waters. Aircraft are conducting reconnaissance operations and standing neutral with the ROE imposed. Any further action to violate the sovreignty of DUD will be met with dire consequences. Submarines patrolling the area from the EOL, take note of their specifications either in previous posts or at our website (www.theforsakenoutlaw.com), are elite and will not be detected with their crews and configurations.

Though we do not support DUD's decision, we condemn the UN backed aggression against a sovereign non-member nation. DUD, if you wish, please tell me if you would like me to send any military assistance.

As the Messerschmitts dropped their lethal ordanance from overhead, the enemy began retaliating. Missiles burst out from the ships as the Messerschmitts flew overhead. These aircraft were designed to fool and outmeunuver AA missiles, however the area was chaotic and the missiles were top of the line. Five messerchmitts were downed, looking much like flaming comets plumeting towards the ocean depths. Five others were hit by AA guns and had to immiediatley return to base. Enemy ships were going down, reports were made that the Messerschmitts were performing quite well so the rearmed first wing was launching to, hopefully, end the threat.

As all was lost, as the 1st Fleet fell in flames, and only two ships remained, Admiral Fiervasky deployed his trump card.
Out of the decks of Revolution and Hysterica, a row of four Cruise Missiles, AS3 Kangaroos to be precise, readied up and glinted of the sun. At Fiervaskays order, the Kangaroos fired, white streams of engine exhaust floating across the sea. Fiervaskay squinted his eyes to see the damage. Then he was dead, Revolution had just took a hit to the bridge.

The ILN Slasher was the closest to the firing ship. It was deep at eight hundred feet, under the layer, moving at three knots with its eight torpedo tubes fully loaded. Two of the front and two of the rear were loaded with Mk-48 ADCAP torpedoes and the other two with UGM-84G Harpoon missiles. They were way too deep to use the Harpoons though. In its twenty vertical launch tubes were loaded ten UGM-109B Tomahawk Anti-Ship Missiles and ten UGM-109H Tomahawk Hard Target Penetrator Land Attack Missiles.

At depth the Slasher, a Scythe class SSN, could fire twelve weapons before they used up too much of their vital high pressure air. At this depth it would be required. It was silent, completely unknown to anything surface or submerged. The slow speed, the propulsor, and the layer made it virtually impossible to detect. Not even an active ping could reach through the layer this deep.

The contacts were plotted, two Hogsweat "rogue" ships. Two of the MK-48 ADCAPs were plotted to strike the further one, at a range of 15nm and the other two were plotted to strike the closer one, at a range of 10nm. The four were fired and the Scythe maintained its speed, reloading the tubes quietly and stealthily.

The four MK-48s ascended to a depth of 20 ft and began their passive search for the targets. After 16,000 yards (almost 8nm) they locked onto their targets and homed in at 55 knots just below the surface so that they would minimize their wake strike below the waterline where it would do the most damage.

Still waiting on if my torps sunk the ships. They should have completely cracked them in half and sent them to the watery deep.

The 10 Federation C-17 Globemasters flew in a triangular formation 300 miles off the DUD coast. They were in a straight in approach for Hermann Goering International. The plan was to land two at a time and load up while the rest of the planes went into a holding pattern around the capital. The question that was raised by one of the pilots during the breifing was that how could the DUD not confuse them for bombers. The answer was simple: What bomber was painted in white, with green stripes and the Federation logo on the tail? There could be no mistake about the planes.

The lead pilot saw on the GPS screen that he was approaching DUD airspace. It was time to make the call.

"Goering International, this is Federation Liberty 1 requesting clearance for landing..."

"Clearance granted Liberty one, your escort is approaching to guide your landing path, you will recieve further instructions from your escort wing, over."

It had been decided that there would be an escort wing for every transport flight. There was more than one reason for that decision.....unfortunately there could be little trust between any nation these days.

Air dropped in DUD?

(ooc: Hutu, please refrain from massive deployments in allied nations without having the consent of that allied nation first. Its very unrealistic and in the RL world would lead to a logistical nightmare. Preperations would have to be made months in advance to make room and supply such a massive group of soldiers outside of their homeland. This would be a massive expense for your nation and people, are you sure you want to get involved in a situation finaly cooling off? It could prove to be a international relations nightmare with the continued socialist/communist military aggression towards my nation. Please reconsider your deployment tactics, Im not real up with a massive ground war unless its absolutely pressed on me. You must realise it would be very difficult to defeat a country that would rather die to the man than become enslaved by their enemies. Our land ground forces are massive. In tandem with our fixed defenses, it would take a force nearly unforseeable to take over my country. Every step of your advance would meet my forces in superior strategic positions. Your losses would be gross for every mile youd try to gain. It would be a massacre of human life and expensive machinery. One other thing, I dearly hope you arent trully considering air dropping over 200,000 troops. I cant even imagine the possibility of such an air drop. Again, logisitcs would be a nearly impossible, if not impossible. The costs would be beyond reasonable conception.)

Dropping paratroopers over DUD would be unwise. DUD aircraft and our fleet craft will shoot them down before they ever get there and not only that, DUD has some might fine anti-aircraft weapons.

War is at an end? The WIA seems to feel that all nations in this matter are seeing that this war is costly..... Even we on the East Pac. see that the war has gone on to long.

It's okay to hate nazi's and fascists and whatever. I hate commies myself :). And I don't particularly agree with DUDs actions but I do respect his sovreignty and as long as he does not commit genocide. He does not belong to the UN and thus does not have to abide by their useless laws. It would be the same as if you deported all non-communists peacefully. He is allowing nations to come and pick up their citizens and without aggression or trouble so he has technically done nothing wrong.

I have backed my fleet off into international waters but am keeping it there until all deportations are complete so another trigger-happy, ideology imposing nation doesn't get the drop on us. Regardless, I am going with the two Hogsweat ships that my Scythe sunk as sunk since he never responded.
