The Confederacy of Prussian Nations requires an accounting service to calculate it's GDP. If this was available on a particular website, that would be intriguing.

I think the best thing to do is just come up with a reasonable GDP per capita for your nation and just multiply that by your population. Obviously you would want to take into account what they say about your economy. To give some examples of GDP per capitas in the world:
The US is around $40,000
Germany is around $30,000
China is around $3,500 (Though that's debatable because of the massive population and government control of the economy). Generally people like to say that Frightening is around $35,000, Good is like $15,000, Imploded is $100 or so (Liberia for instance).
Edolia's GDP is Frightening. I count my GDP per capita as $40,100.
