We have never been attacked(bar one small attack by a complete N00b) and yet we realise that it is only a matter of time before we come to the terrorists sights and therefore we must act now.

Despite the fact that we are not inclined to listen to what any other nation wants, we feel that in the interests of our own nation and regarding the fact that we could not win a war of attrition versus a country of your size we have decided to arrest all these terrorists. Yer i anit to worried about how long it will take to get troops there as i have 1 of the largest Cargo plane fleets in NS, but i need somewhere to land, so where is this guy located so we know where to put a base, i have an Empire in Eastern Europe so if he is in Europe can use my nations.
