the scouting party has done all preliminary studys, and found the country would be ok for Rickinstine to use, but not the best of places.

This could be a good base for a USIH Rapid Response Fleet. If your claims are justified we seek permission to build a large naval base on the West Coast. We will pay good money for the land and use the local workforce as long as they are skilled in the right areas.

i checked that nation out in these forums, and no one has layed clame to it.
it is basically a wast land, but may be handy for mining, and a couple rapid responce military bases. I may be able to make it an industrael nation with a bit of luck (those poor people need help.)
