Well, I can rule out nukes of Skullzz origin in this attack pretty easily. Skullzz uses its own unique nuclear technology to produce the Sternsturm nuclear weapons, which produce a bright blue explosion like so:

Other than being a lot cooler looking, they're basically marginally more powerful for their size than a normal nuke. They're also much more expensive.

Well. Skullzz, I found compiled everyone in the multiverse who gives a damn. Can't say it was much better, though there were some nice blue mushroomclouds there to console SD, but they left.

We didn't fire any of our Armageddon 500Mb nukes, not yet anyway.
Maybe some terrorist smuggled a nuke under the city.
