Muktar requests that those nations that have declared war on Muktar due to recent support of a nation previously known for terrorism meet send representatives to the Muktari Embassy to negociate peace. We have no wish to go to war over Muktar's hopes to lead another nation toward a peaceful way of life.

Supplying a nation with weaponry, as sattelite reconaissance can easily distinguish, is no way to lead a belligerent nation to peace. However, mercenaries could also be leading an illegal trade. SO, I offer the following ultimatum:

You end all arms shipments to HLF
or
You allow Macabee forces, about 1,000 strong and 20 choppers in strength to hunt down illegal mercenaries in full cooperation with Muktar forces.

Muktar did not supply the HLF with weapons. We hired anonymous mercenary groups to provide aid to the HLF in response to the recent invasion. We did not specify if the support was to be medical supplies or weapons or food or diseases or whatever.

Muktar's only shipments into the HLF was the airdrops of food to the citizens of the HLF. We can assure you there is no use of dried meat and ration cakes as weapons.

Would those nations who have declared hostility toward Muktar please come to the peace talks? Your attendance is neccesary to clear this mess up.

We'll come to the peace talks. I hope that we can come to a peaceful conclusion that doesn't result into full scale war. Ambassador Longstreet will be attending the meeting since I'm currently engaged elsewhere.

We are glad to here a representative of Lunstar will be coming. Perhaps Lunstar can help the attendance by making sure other nations know about the peace talks.

We are not interested in prolonged periods of peace talks... this is a war of movement and speed.. we hope for your response to our ultimatum soon, or may just retract it and attack you anyways. There will be no more arguing.

Muktar had no intention of going to war, nor does it have any intention of such now. Regardless of what Macabee or other nations have to say on the matter, the people of the HLF are dying, and with the recent declaration of war by another nation, facing genocide. We decided to hire mercenaries to send what support they say fit to the HLF while we ourselves provided food via airdrops. Due to this support, most of the international community has declared war on us. Although the actions of the HLF have been immoral of late, we have done nothing wrong. Why must our nation suffer for the bigotry of other nations who cannot accept that a nation who has acted for worse in the past is capable of atoning? We will continue to provide food to the HLF’s civilians, and no naval force will convince us to do otherwise.

Then, allow for Macabee inspectors to guard your border with HLF and inspect trucks coming in or going out.

Because the Macabee Empire has suspicions on your actions and wants to make sure that no weapons are going through... your nation, as an ally of HLF, apparently, cannot be trusted.

Yes..now take it or leave it... trucks have obviously translocated across your borders, which is extremely suspicious.

The International Hitmen have provided escorts for these airdrops, and their random inspections have revealed that the airdrops do indeed provide nothing but food. Such accusations are appaling.

You continue to ignore the fact that sattellites have been following shipments made by trucks coming from your nation into the nation of HLF..and that sattelites have indeed found armaments being handed over to HLF forces.

It is clear that you do not wish for peace if you keep demanding that we submit to your demand that we allow you to use our military bases, and now (in another thread) you attempt an attack on the capitol city! Security, remove the Macabee representative from the room. Peace is not possible with his nation.

We are not we did not know that they were a terrorist state we are taking all the weapons given to them back.We are remaining neutral at the current time.

The USIH will not be sending a delegation at the current time. The hostilities between our countries means that we feel that any delegation would be in danger if it were to visit. However if a neutral country can be found to host the talks we will reconsider our position.

The Republic of Axis Nova offers it's services as a neutral location to host said peace talks. War is always a bad thing, and should be prevented if at all possible.

our Intel says other wise, we believe HLF has had a lot of terrorist activity as of late.

Our envoy just left for you territory but after looking over the latest reports, it seems that a couple of our allies has decided not to join. We have also heard of the talks on a neutral ship and have dispatched an envoy there too. I hope that we can resolve this peacefully before more blood is shed.

Since the situation seems to be under the control of our apparent allies the Macabean fleets will now leave.
