Earlier this morning President Anderson announced that all USIH Regular Military Forces along with select National Guard and Reserve Formations were to be fully mobilized. This news come after several established nations have declared their support for the terrorist regime in HLF, with which the USIH is currently at war.

The President also commented on the nation of Muktar supplying the HLF with weapons and ammunition, some of which may have been used int eh ambush on USIH troops last weekend in the HLF town of Mogodishu. The President went on to say that unless supplies are halted the full power of the USIH will be brought to bear on Muktar and other terrorist suppliers.

This thoughtless hostility is not what is seems. You appear to be protecting the nation of HLF, we are trying to cleanse the nation of terrorist training camps that threaten our CITIZENS. We have started a war on terror which we must win, or else the USIH will become a target for every terrorist group with a bomb and 2 members. We are resolute in our aim to reform the nation of HLF and nothing at this current time can stop us from doing so. It is only a matter of time. When the National Security of this country is threatened we must take every action we can to neutralise that threat, unfortunately with terrorist nations the only way to truely stop the threat is to destroy their funding, recruitment areas and replace governments that allow their practices to continue unmolested or support them.

We are not threatening their citizens, several training camps are still in existance (as shown by their threads on the forums looking for recruits and trainees).

We still publicly support Independent Hitmen. Supporting Terror is stupid and will cause you to fall in the end. If we have too, we'll oust terror supporting regimes and replace them but we want all supporting nations to renounce terrorism and assist us in routing them out.

Redirect your attention to the peace talks in the capitol of Muktar. Perhaps we can clear things up there.

As we have mentioned on that subject we feel that any delegation sent would be unsafe. We have posted our wishes there on how talks should be carried out.

Is it me or has there been just endless talks without any action... I actually brang up this Subject with Russian forces about 5-7 days ago and we were planning on sorting this all out our selves.... oh wells

"There is a neutral third party that has requested to end this war. I have already dispatched an envoy there and I hope that you do too. However, I will continue to support you IH in any hostility against our common enemy."

The President walked into the situation room quickly. He was due on Air Force One in two hours to begin travelling to the capitals of all Allied Nations involved in the war on terror.

"General Siler what have we got?" the President asked the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs

"Well Sir, Macbeean ships have engaged Muktar air forces off of the coast of Muktar, our B-6's have launched cruise missiles at the main Muktar blimp in a retalitory strike. Missile flight time is 23 minutes from when they were launched 12 minutes ago so 11 minutes until they reach the target. We also have proof from delayed satillite feed that Muktar delivered weapons to HLF early yesterday morning via a neutral third party."

The President pondered on this turn of events for a while

"Have our troops searched their food parcels?"

"Yes Sir, we found only meat and rations as they said there would be" replied the General

"Ok, well at least they seem to have mended their ways there, however the situation with Macbees is worrying. I am assuming that they can win?" asked the President with a slightly nervous smile

"Our latest military estimates say yes sir. Although they will probably take heavy casualties. I would suggest talking to their leaders about a cooperational plan to take Muktar out Sir, if theyve helped the HLF they may help others on the list." he was referring to the list of suspected terrorist states being compiled by IHIA staff at Fort Tooth, the base of the Independent Hitmen Intelligence Agency.

"Ok, General i will talk to the Macbeean Government later today and i will have a conference call with the joint chiefs immeadiately afterwards to discuss options. Meanwhile have we got anything in the area except that small fleet we sent yesterday?"

"Sir we have 1st and 22nd Armoured Divisions along with the 21st Armoured Cavalry Division on the way to the HLF. They can be diverted and supplemented by the 14th and 15th Infantry that are based in Attica. They can be in Muktar within 3 weeks if the order is given now."

"Very well General" replied the President after a moments thought "but we dont move until ive talked to the Allies even if it is a 2 day delay."

"Roger that Sir."

"Ok im going to Edginton AFB now to head to Shinoxia, i'll speak to you on the plane"

The President stood, as did all the others at the table, and he walked out the door held by a Secret Service Agent. There were a lot of Agents around the New White House, the country was at war after all, and many of them had weapons in evidence.

Outside the Blackhawk Helicopter flared and landed on one of two pads outside the rear door and the President walked out onto the lawn and into the Helicopter. The Secret Service had not allowed any of the press out today as they were deemed too much of a secrurity threat at the current time. Besides they would be able to speak to the President on Air Force One later in the day.


Two Hours later the specially adapted Boeing 747-400 lifted off the runway at Edginton Air Force base. It was immeadiately joined by a flight of F-22 Interceptors which would guard it until planes from the Carrier Edginton took over.

IH, there are peace talks going on on a carrier of mine, the INS PRIDE OF ILLIOR if you wish you may send a delagate.

The President of Independent Hitmen is welcome to come and meet the Tsar of Dr_Twist in the capital Barracuda.

This is getting to be a world issue isent it? This is getting our of hand.

This has always been a world issue. Terrorism threatens the entire world.

As Air Force One continued towards Shinoxia the President had a conference call with the Joint Chiefs.

"Sir, i would suggest B-2 and more B-6 strikes on Muktar just to show them that we are serious. We need to take out this giant airship they have over HLF, it could cause serious problems to our ground forces there." said General Peterson, a 4 star Air Force General.

"Ok General take out the blimp. Any new on the strike earlier?"replied the President

"No sir none as yet. Next satillite pass is in 2 hours so we will know then." replied the Head of the IHIA.

"Ok people keep me informed." said the President as he left the onbaord command centre and headed to his cabin to watch a movie.

The Lunstar Space corvette moves into firing position.

"Captain we are about ready to land the troops."

"Very good lt. Notify IH and tell them that we are in position to strike."

"Yes sir."

I am anxious to meet your president and to know how many troops to send to Muktar or HLF. I will yeild to your knowledge, however many you think is best, I will send.

Air Force One touched down at the Main Airport in Shinoxia. In two minutes it had taxiied to the arrivals area. Here the stairs were wheeled up to the door, which promptly opened.

President Anderson stood just inside with 5 Secret Service Agents. They were awaiting the all clear from the Advance Team, this was recieved and the President appeared at the door. Immeadiately flash cameras were activated and the President momenterily lost his vision in the early morning light.

At the bottom of the ramp were two Agents from the advance team. They were sweeping the area with their eyes, everwatchful for a threat.

The President walked in his usual fast pace to the bottom of the stair, once their the rest of the Presidential party started exiting from the plane, The Chief of Staff, the man with the Football or nuclear codes, and more Secret Service Agents.

The President reached the bottom of the stairs, shook hands with General Shackleton and they preceeded to make a short statement together.

When they had finished they both border the Presidents Armoured Limosuine that had been flown in specially by Air Force C-5 and along with several Secret Service Chevvy Suburbans and a convoy of local police they drove out of the Air Field.

OOC: Dunno where you wanna go but i propose talking about Military movements via TG only.

Itakeitall considers itself an Ally of Muktar; it also considers itself a Friend of the USIH. We do not wish to see a war between these two Friends of the People of Itakeitall. It is our deepest wish that these two nations agree to arbitration of their conflict, rather than engaging in war and causing the senseless death of thousands. There is a peaceful alternative to war, and we must take it.

Instead of a war against the people of Muktar, we suggest a crusade against the aliens of Lunstar. These aliens seem to be planning an invasion of earth itself! Already they have used their futuristic weaponry on the modern nation of Muktar. We ask that they cease and desist their hostile acts and retreat before the full fury of the people of earth descend upon them!

OOC: I do not believe that either Muktar or Inedpendent Hitmen are future tech, so correct me if I am wrong in that assesment. If you arent, doesnt a future tech nation need the express permission of the modern tech nation to engage it with future stuff? Sorry to quibble, but I really do not know what my MiGs can do to his spaceship. I mean come on, everyone saw Independence Day... sadly :roll:

OOC: Yeah that was a cool movie, i wasnt aware the Lunstar was alien. Also we are engaging in peace-talks with Muktar, but he hasnt been on for ages and so they havnt gone anywhere. I launched a small airstrike to show solidarity with my ally Macbees.

OOC: I'm not exactly alien. I'm a human nation on the moon. I am future tech with my space military but my ground troops mostly use modern tech. If I did anything wrong, I do apologize. I guess I didn't read the rules thoroughly enough. Again my apologies.

OOC: Im sorry to have been the one who brought this to your attention. Perhaps you could RP it as a chapter in your history. I have seen a few people do that previously, so I am sure it would be ok. Just make logical manpower assumptions, etc., and it couldnt be too much of a crime. Up to you to decide on your position on this. Last I heard from Muktar was yesterday, but I am sure that he will be on sometime today. His TM indicated that he was busy.

We are ceasing all military actions pending outcome of Peace Talks. All military forces have withdrawn back to their bases but will remain on full alert. We also like to invite Itakeitall to a State Visit to our beloved nation. We would like to develope closer ties with any nation.
