Shinoxia

OOC: After looking at the RL Nations Claims thread no one had claimed these so I thought I could have them. :)
General Shackleton stood staring at the camera in a Shinoxian newsroom in his capitol city, Kenoko.
"And we're live in 5, 4, 3..."
The General prepared himself and swallowed.
"...2, 1,"
"Greetings, to Shinoxians, Antarcticans, and everyone who is interested in the recent claims by Shinoxia."
"As some of you know, Antarctica is a cold place."
Shackleton smiled as workers in his studio laughed and he hoped the viewers at home weere laughing too.
"So cold is it in winter that we felt it necessary to expand our territories into warmer regions, where the populace does not walk around in heat suits."
"We have recently laid claims to the South African nations of: Rhodesia, Transvaal, Botswana, South West Africa, and Angola. These territories make up a pretty large territory of Southern Africa."
General Shackleton paused for a second and continued.
"Our neighbors to the south, occupying South Africa are Independent Hitmen, I hope we can form alliance with this large nation and become friends."
"As of now, Shinoxian and other Antarctic troops and personell are moving into these territories as proof of Shinoxian claim and to set up military bases there."
"We have met no resistance to claiming these territories, but the people who occupy them live in poverty and hunger. Drought is a death sentence for these people and we must help them. Doctors are bringing in medicines from Antarctica and are working to cure the people of diseases thought extinct by most nations."
The Orchestrator paused to let the public get a good idea of what he was saying before continuing.
"We will help to establish large cities in these areas, and introduce them to more civilized things, but we will make sure that this rich, African culture is preserved. This will take time but these lands will soon be a showcase of Shinoxian and Antarctican civilization, something that our children can be proud of. And with this thought I will leave you...thank you."
The General gave his audience one last smile before the feed cut off and news stations began talking about the new additions to Shinoxia.
