The soverign Empire of Caedryn wishes to establish an embassy or consulate (or both) in another nation. Preferably, the nation which will be ahem, *targeted* so to speak with the embassy will guard it with their own police or armed forces, etc., because currently Caedryn is too busy to use her own armed forces. We will also request permission to install a surface-to-air missle launcher in the compound and the air rights.

The Confederated Republic of Eredron invites the nation of Caedryn to establish an embassy in the capital city of Eredro. Security in the Government District is maintained by a contigency of Reserves troops.

As the city already possesses a significant AA/SAM defense presence, permission to install a SAM unit on the embassy grounds would be denied, as would air rights.

Caedryn would be glad to establish an Embassy in Eredro. Caedryn is glad that security is maintained by troops, and applauds Eredron on the nonexistent crime. Details will be worked out by telegram.
