The empire of the antarctic
For too long now, the humble penguin has been moving closer and closer to my country. Thier migratory patterns are taking them dangerously close to our southern points.
Thus, it is time for the 7th annual penguin cull. We must limit their numbers before they spread their evil across the entire world! There is a reason they were banished to the antarctic in the first place - their pure, devious little waddling rampages!
Goit requests assistance in erradicating these monsters, before they take over the world!
Who will join me in hunting the foul beasts?

Penguins are our friends! Don't let my ally Penguisiana see this, or he will go on a murderous rampage....
We have tried to negotiate, but all we get in reply is "BWAK! BWAK! BWAKKAAA!".
Diplomacy obviously is failing... if any Penguin so much as enters Goit, we will destroy it. Our navy is already guarding our shores, but this is mearly preventative.. a more proactive approach has to be implimented.

We refuse to take part in any of this "innocent slaughtering" of penguins. We condemn any sort of action against them.
innocent? Have you seen what they do to the economy?
Penguins damage the Goit fish processing industry. Penguins damage the litter collection industry (would you try and steal litter off a penguin?). Penguins are clearly orchestrating with each other to strategically bring the country to its knees.
And they will only do that over our dead bodies!
Death to Penguins!!! Itakeitall requests the right to dispatch the 1st Squadron and the 23rd Mechanized Division to your land. These troops should be more than enough to assist you in your holy work! Umm... just how many penguins are there?
Feel free to join the mighty Goit 67th Militia, protecting our south eastern regions. Currently the expected immegration is over 1.2 million pairs... this could lead to a devestating 4.24 million newborn penguins. Most fortunatly will not survive to adolescanse, but as you can see, the numbers have exploded!
