Im looking to get military support for my new nation,this is because i cant buy weapons yet due to my low tax rate, and i dont want to use a puppet to defend it, it goes against my rules kinda thing. in return for support i will be willing to make an alliance with them and try to get allies for them and me, therefore if you support me and pledge to join my alliance you should be supported by all other nations in it, or at least in theory. In this alliance you will only be viable if you are attcked. If you dont want to join but want to give me equipment/money then say so. If you give me money for research then any discoveries made will be available to you. i am also looking for a nation willing to give me information on nuclear bombs etc, or equipment for exploration for oil etc in this new age in the history of this nation.

And may i complement you on your great nation, it looks extremly good, feel free to set up a base in one of our ports, or cities depending on what type of support it is, and could you send maybe some sea support and troops to train my new marine recruits and soldirs please? ill only be needing a few. I hope we will get on with each other.

If what your looking for is protection while you build your army then you should join a region that will offer such protection. My region is one of the fastest growing ones here and in 5 days has 27 nations with another region of 10 nations already aligned with us. In a very short period of time the world will hear from us in a major way but for now we are happy unto ourselves.

The idea that the USA is an imperial power is flawed. If the US wanted to, they could physically invade and conquer just about every other country on the globe. But they don't. They only invade countries that have attacked them, and they then offer the people of those countries the oppertunity to rule themselves. Now granted that Bush isn't doing a good job (imo) right now, but it certainly isn't imperialism. You don't see the US calling Iraq the 51st state, do you? No, they are allowing the Iraqi people the chance to govern themselves.

OOC:The brits just want to spice up RPing. Without terrorists, NS would be much more bland. Plus, most nations would be annhilated by large, imperialistic nations that get bored with nothing to kill.

Feel free to join the Unforgiven. We would be more than willing to *heavily* invest in any nation that shared our region. Also, we have many other good points. Up to you, of course. I would love to invest some money in your nation, but first I would like to know what you intend to do with it and what the return on my investment would most likely be.

I do not intend to pour money into a nation without at least a bit of information on it, so here are some basic questions.
Do you have any confirmed resources?
How strong is your market, and is there room for foriegn competition? What are your current tariff rates?
What are your laws on minimum wages, human rights, and foriegn ownership of the means of production?
Why are you willing to submit to foriegn occupation of your country without any assurances that the occupying government will not violate your national sovereignty?
How stable is your government, and how long has it been in power?
How stable is your economy and your currency?
What is your stance on free trade?
Are your people xenophobic, and to what degree?

I can promise you the introduction of a great deal of money and time by my region if your nation should prove a solid investment.
