The President of the Swedish Dominions


"Uppland, a county with many diverse cultures. A couple of year ago, we invaded this beutiful county. Why? Because they wanted independence. I was a supreme commander in that war. But now i want to give Uppland Independency. They will leave the Swedish Dominions. The Research Station there is not needed anymore. They will have the same law system as the rest of the Swedish Dominions."

sorry for sounding so stupid, or whatever, but am i correct in sayng that an automony is when the original government is changed to a kindoff outside/independent government?

Captain (classified):"Colonel, we have just received message from ministry for foreign affairs, Swedish Dominions is granting independence to Upplands."

Colonel (classified):"So?"

Captain:"There are still our soldiers there. And people of Upplands probably don't want them to stay there for long time."

Colonel:"They will stay there. As long we want or until we receive orders from general (classified) of 1st Empire's Elite Legion."

Captain:"Yes sir!"

OOC:It is not very clear situation yet so there can be some misunderstands.

"Uppland still dosen't have a stable defence, so the defence is a responibility of the Swedish Dominions until the Uppland Government decides to create an army."
