The relatively peaceloving Rogue Nation of Cakatoa is under threat!General Krull of the CFTP (Cakatoa For The People) party is attempting to stage a mass coup.
"Cakatoa has been under the thumb of President Stone for long enough!" screams the General, dressed in his usual attire of raggedy Pyjamas and pink bunny slippers. "He will be destroyed by the righteous anger of the populace, and all that he has created will fall! And I am aware that I'm still in my pyjamas."
President Stone has declined comment at this moment in time.

An all out attempt to rush to the aid of The Rogue Nation of Cakatoa was stopped only seconds from the border for two reasons.
Firstly each one of the 5000 soldiers being sent to Cakatoa had dropped a not to inconsiderable amount of acid and similtaneously beleieved that their legs had turned to wood and collapsed mid-stride.
Secondly, and more importantly for the people of ChubbyBat, Krull is now our friend, after he promised the drug addled ChubbyBatians free access to the extensive opium fields that are commonplace on the two nations mutual border in return for all our pajamas, which as a nation trying to promote naturism arent much good too us.
Sorry Bob, but we have to look at all the options before we rush in where angels fear to tread!

Tathans, Cakatoa

All three groups come to a stop off the coast, the battlecruisers Inflexible and Majestic both begin firing their 16 inch shells into the beach and coastline of the city, Operation Hammer has begun. Heavy Landing Hovercraft speed towards the shore, filled with soldiers of the 2nd Marine Division in complete Environmental Armour and equipped with a wide variety of armoured vehicles.

Valiant Class Missile Cruisers Abigail, Emily and Mary begin to fire Tomahawk Cruise Missiles against government and military structures within the city, including barracks, ammunition and fuel dumps and even the city hall. B-52H Stratofortress and B-3 Heavy Bombers based from their airfields in Aequatio hit important targets around the outside of the city.

AV-8B Harrier and AH-64D Longbow CAS aircraft move in low from the Carrier Mannerheim to support the 2nd Division Marines as they hit the beach and begin to move inland towards the city. 3rd Division Marines prepare their equipment as the Landing Craft return to the transports to load the second wave.

4000 more crusaders join the force already deployed, and this enhanced force advances from the coast towards the last known location of krull.
Also, 2 Ark Royal class carriers, the indomitable and the invincible, move to stations off the coast of cakatoa, brining their escort groups with them.
Details of these will follow if they are attacked.
Also, 2 Pax Dei class hover-transports deploy 50 Sculptor light power armour units to join the crusader force.

"Dear p-people of Cakatoa, s-since the KOK party have such overwhelming foriegn support, I have decided to resign as president of Cakatoa. Also, I saw the army of Chubbybat, and I REALLY do not want to get in the way between them and the opium fields. Therefore, I will enter Voluntary exile, and pass over my position to the now re-instated president Stone.
Finally, I ask all loyal forces NOT to resist the foriegn armies, but to peacefully let them pass. Also..MR FLOPSY, WOULD YOU STOP CHEWING MY DRESSING GOWN!!! Hey, was that recorded?"
From the newly re-instated President Stone:

"In honour of my disposed adversary, Krull shall NOT be paraded through the town square and pelted with tomatoes <sigh> but will be granted to leave Cakatoa in peace, and is henceforth exiled to a small island off the coast of Cakatoa, along with Mr Flopsy, where we can keep an eye on him. (Also, Mr Flopsy, there is a small matter of the back taxes you owe us, which comes to a total of 20 carrots.)
Also, any supporters of Krull are aallowed to go to the Island, but any who do so are also exiled.
I am glad that this has come to a peaceful conclusion, and I thank the leaders of Aequatio, No state at all, and, after some indecision, Chubbybat.
(BTW, Chubbybat can keep the Opium, we dont want it)
