Muktar is intrigued by such a unique AI program and is curious as to what function such a system would possess.

It is based on a Learning Super Computer and is the current stages of Advancement for itself. Hidden from International View, it has learned what Good means, whom the possible Creator of Man is, and all other Good aspects of reality to prevent any such curruption from entering this being.

Its potential can be Military, Civilian, and a lot of other things. We perhaps may share, but to prevent it from being used.....improperly by some nations, perhaps not yours, we wish to leave it be One Only for now.

OOC: I'm a gamer. I beat the Cybrid campaign on Starsiege, but Ticket to Ride for humans is impossible.
